I'm torn because my meal was really good and very reasonably priced, but in hindsight the use of generative AI for pics of menu items on the website is a total deal breaker. Just feels very shady and almost got me to cancel my order once I noticed it.

Just hire a photographer to take pictures of the product! It's good product! Let it speak for itself instead of making use of an extremely flawed and inherently dishonest technology. You are doing yourselves a tremendous disservice by choosing to represent yourselves in this way--it's pretty much just straight up false advertising.

Looking through the owner responses in the reviews here, the overuse of em dashes leads me to believe that even the owner responses are generated in ChatGPT. Again, this feels like a really dishonest way to communicate with your customers.

I'm definitely willing to order from here again if this is addressed, but...

NOT A FAN!!!!!... I Visited this place about a month ago and I was HIGHLY disappointed!!!.. I simply got Wings and Fries ..MAN was I Disappointed!!!!!!!!.. the Wings was DISGUSTING!!!.. The amount of Caked up Seasoning on the wing before u even get to the meat is CRAZY!!!. The Wings was suppose to be dry rubbed . It was more like, Let me mix a bunch of Nasty Seasonings together with some oil and just throw it on top of the wing. The Seasoning was So caked on the skin it crumbled off, the actual chicken didn't even have any flavor. But that's not all , when I thought it couldn't get worse IT DID!!!!!.. HOW IN THE WORLD DO U MESS UP FRIESSSSS!!!!!. Whoever came up with the idea of Mixing SUGAR,Salt and pepper and tossing it on fries Needs to be arrested ASAP.. They also have a nasty ranch/blue cheese mixture 🤢.At this point FIRE THE CHEF AND WHO EVER APPROVED THIS PLACE ...

For years, I’ve been using Google maps to find new restaurants that had tasty food. I am rarely disappointed by using this technique. I tried it again today, and found this lovely smash burger restaurant. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The inside is cute but very small. There are five tables and some barstools. They have a lunch special where you can choose a burger and for five dollars more you can get fries and a canned drink too. I took advantage of the special today and was very glad I did! I ordered the classic smash burger with all the toppings. Everything was fresh-Smashburger was cooked nicely. The fries were absolutely perfectly fried, super crispy and nice and hot. A really good burger gives me joy and I will definitely be back to Dorchester to chow down on another smash burger...
