Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Bothell

Customer service is awful here! I ordered pizza and monkey bread online. I went to pick it up, walked in the door, and only one person was out front helping someone else at the back, but there was no acknowledgment or anything remotely friendly. I looked around and noticed the signs for pickup, so I helped myself to my pizza but forgot my monkey bread. I called the store, and they told me to come back and get it. So, the next day, I went in to get my monkey bread. Once again, there was only one person working out front, and she was wrapping a pizza. She did look up but then started wrapping again. Not a "welcome in", or, "can I help you" was offered. So, I explained why I was there, and without saying a word, she pointed her finger, not sure what she was pointing at, I turned around, sure enough there was a cooler behind me where they kept the monkey bread. Not one word was spoken from her, just a pointing finger. It was awkward! As I turned around, she said, "Have a nice day." I just stared at her and left without saying a word. Hopefully, she felt some of what I experienced by her rudeness! I do pay for customer service; It's built into the price and tip. Please don’t go here. This is my third time picking up from this location with no issues but this last time I found hair in my pizza. I pulled it out and was just about to put it in the oven and found another one. They forgot to put me on hold and started yelling in the background using vulgar language for about 5 minutes. I told him id like a refund and they said they don’t do that and will remake it and to bring back the old one. So I had no choice but to go back which then was told to point out the hair and talked to so rudely and had to wait while they remade my pizza in front of me. I felt so small and so disrespected while I just sat there waiting...

No employee acknowledged that I came through the door and was waiting for service. I placed an on-line order. I was then told that on-line orders do not go through correctly. I ordered two pizzas. One was the incorrect size with the wrong ingredients on it. The other was the right size with the wrong ingredients on it. The crust on was was thin and not correctly made. Thin crust was ordered on both pizzas the other pizza did not have thin crust. I would say that the young employees were not paying attention to how they were making pizzas; plus then possibly had their computer issues that need to...
