First experience, I select the option to have an employee bring it out to my car. I get there and the email link doesn't work to check in, so I call. They don't come out. I call again. They again can't find me. They finally found me after a third attempt. The pizza was cold and the crust was burnt.
After this experience, I reached out and I was promised the next time I order and use my phone number, a $15 credit will be applied. So yesterday I placed an order, and surprise surprise, the $15 did NOT come off. Just like I knew it wouldn't. I got a fairly good deal so I wasn't going to worry about it too much.
So this time I selected it to be delivered so that I wouldn't deal with a repeat of the previous time. However, the delivery person (A "Dasher") was 15 minutes late in delivering my order. Why have an option of selecting a time if it's just going to be late anyway? I scheduled this WAY in advance. I also selected "No Contact Delivery" but of course they ignored this. Why have THIS option if they're going to ignore it anyway?
To top it off, the crust was burnt... again. I'll attach a picture. It's not the worst and it tasted fine, but I can't imagine people prefer their crust this way. I certainly don't.
I've already completed a survey about this recent experience if whoever manages this wants to reach back out. But for now, beyond disappointed. The food is fine, but they just don't know how to get it to me in the manner I tell them to. It's beyond...
   Read moreSeriously WORST STORE EVER literally ordered yesterday 3/5/19 and the driver forgot part of our order after a hour wait; which we received a credit for. We called tonight after my husband got off of work (just for a 16pc of boneless wings & a 2 liter soda) to redeem our credit and after a hour of waiting; we called to check on our order only to be told they have no record of one đđ so after placing our order, being transferred to apply our credit AND giving them our card info, they were unable register the order? We asked to speak to a manager to ask about our botched order and after several holds (with an obviously untrained and overwhelmed employee) we were told the manager was unable to take the call due to âcutting pizzasâ at the moment... So we cancelled our order and wonât be patronizing this establishment any further. This is the latest in SEVERAL DELIVERY ORDER ERRORS in the last 6 months!!! This place is just the WORST at prompt delivery time (at least a 40 min wait EVERY TIME) and customer service (there is almost ALWAYS something wrong with an order)!!!
Please save your time, energy and money by ordering from somewhere other than here....
Also, I genuinely wanted to give this place a half star review but was forced into the full single...
   Read moreSo my wife and I ordered a pizza and pasta which now the pasta costs more but comes with breadsticks, supposedly. The delivery driver arrives and there are no breadsticks and the driver proceeds to tell us he doesnt think the order comes with them. Fun fact, the driver tries to get us to sign the receipt in pencil... um, no. So we verify the order then call the store, end up at a call center who will transfer us and we sit on hold for 26 minutes. Finally we get to talk to the store who hand the phone off to several different people to finally get to a "manager" who gives excuse after excuse about new drivers, they are really busy and finally how this "never happens". Eventually the manager agrees to refund the order (we shall see if this actually happens) because I do not want a store credit which may or may not show up and can not be used online and at this point I dont want them to send out an order of just breadsticks. We're done with this place, plenty of other pizza places...
