I placed an order with Bothell-Mill Creek store, it was around 130 when I placed the order the store closed at 2 AM. I was hung up on twice while taking the order. I don’t think intentionally so I called again and I spoke with a woman and she put the order in said that the store that could deliver to me is closed, but the Bothell mill Creek one was open, but we’d have to pick it up, since I was getting closer to 2 o’clock, I even verified. Are you sure they’re going to be there if I get an Uber or drive there which we had to get an Uber and the woman verified that yes that will be there assuming you know like they will be there a few minutes after 2 o’clock and we could pick up our pizza and we got an Uber and got to the store and they were not there and close. So I contacted the store. They pretty much said they couldn’t do anything. They refunded me blah blah blah, but with the Uber and everything else and verifying are you sure they’re going to be there? They should’ve said no you were about to close whatever it is but she verified that they would be there. So I contacted the store. The girls said there’s nothing they could do like I said and then I contacted customer service and they said they would have to speak to a manager and then I was contacted later and they pretty much said same thing. Nothing they could do but I think for my trouble and having to do all this an Uber and everything else and not getting my order there is a waste of my money in time whether my money was refunded or not I believe I should be comped something because they should’ve told me no even after verifying that they would be there they said or the manager said GM of that store said we saw the order and then around I don’t know. I think they said like 150 or something and then it was voided at 1:55 so I’m guessing it’s customer service or it’s Call center is somewhere else and then the store avoided it because it was near closing so that’s why I contacted customer service. try them since it was their fault, but the store itself is also responsible. I mean the company is responsible so I just think it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue with Domino’s or Pizza Hut and I’m pretty much done with Papa John’s and I think they have horrible customer service and I would not recommend this...
Read moreWe used to order papadillas from this location all the time. We ordered 3 papadillas for delivery for tonight and they all came in like the attached pictures. First we were already aggrevated by how long the delivery took. We placed the order around 5:30pm but we did not get our food delivered until 8pm. On top of that, the meatball papadilla was like half the normal size. I've never seen papadillas looked and delivered this way and I was so offended someone would actually make them this way this size, and expect the customer to accept it. Read moreI stopped by Papa John’s on Halloween to pick up my order, and I could tell right away that they were absolutely swamped — clearly a huge number of orders coming in! Even with all that, the team was working incredibly fast and efficiently. Everyone was hustling, staying focused, and doing their best to get pizzas out on time.
A special shout-out to the young gentleman working at the front — they were polite, calm, and so organized while juggling customers and keeping track of everything. Really impressive!
