Great place downtown to get a delicious artisan sandwich (had the Reuben and it was tasty), burger or pizza bread (this is super tasty and perfect for sharing as an appetizer with your significant other) and to wash it all down with a cold one. After years of seeing this old flower shop sit abandoned, I have to say that I'm thrilled that James and Becky Hughes decided to buy this location and make it into the fun filled delicatessen and bar that it is today. They really did an outstanding job of making it modern while still fitting into the overall character of Boulder City. If you're a local and haven't popped in yet, you really need to and better yet, come with a friend. And, if you're just passing through town or are on your way to see the Hoover Dam or play in Lake Mead, this is definitely a place that you'll want to add to your list of places to stop in.

Unbelievable first impression. We have been waiting for this restaurant to open and made it a point to make the trip to Boulder City for their soft opening. Everything we enjoyed you could tell the owners and staff spent time perfecting. The drinks were some of the best we’ve had, the food was delicious and fresh, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The owner even came by to make sure everything came out as expected. To drink, we enjoyed the Pop Smoke and the Espresso Martini, and to eat we enjoyed the Turkey Sandwich (kids approved too), Muffuletta, and Chicken Tortilla Soup! We can’t say enough on how delicious and fresh everything was, including the bread for the sandwiches. Hangar 502 is well worth the visit if you’re local to Boulder City, and well worth the drive from the Vegas area!

We cruise out on bikes fairly regularly to Boulder City and have been to this place numerous times and love it. Owner and staff are awesome and super friendly (special shout out to Avery who is always amazing). Always get the turkey club with macaroni salad, but today had the potato salad for something different. The macaroni salad is the bomb (get it and thank me later), but the potato salad was really good as well. Supplemented with some chili today since it was chilly outside today (see what I did there?) and it was good as well. First time sitting inside today, as we’re usually out on the patio, so that was nice with all the TVs inside and football and hockey on. If you’re in Boulder City, come by and you won’t be disappointed.

We were visiting Las Vegas from Canada and took a day to drive to the Hoover Dam. On the way back we decided to drive through Boulder City to get some dinner and the first place that popped up in our Google search was Hangar 502 and we're so happy it did. It was hard to find parking because it was a Saturday evening and we learned that they do a Disney Wine Walk on certain Saturdays of the month and this happened to be one of them!! We loved the atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and the food was beyond our expectations and having spent a few days eating out in Las Vegas we thought the prices were very reasonable!! They were all sold out of their famous burgers (which should tell you something) but their sandwiches did not disappoint and the dessert was to die for (if you like warm chocolate brownie with ice cream!!). We loved reading the story behind this restaurant and we wish James and Becky great success in their venture. From our perspective you're off to a great start and if we ever find ourself back in that region we'll definitely be back to try...

Love this place!!! I’ve had the tail rotor grinder and it is delicious and reminds me of the food i used to eat growing up. The drinks are phenomenal and taste so refreshing. The employees are exceptional and so nice, the environment is so welcoming and comfortable. The owners take care of the staff and the restaurant so well, and they make sure each and every customer feels welcome. Very clean tables and kitchen, I would feel comfortable eating off the floor, and if you know anything about the owners they take pride in their business and work hard with everything they do. These low life scammers that are targeting this restaurant among others across Las Vegas with bad reviews need to get a better hobby. Notice they use the same script/ phrases or something very similar on each review and their “names” don’t even sound real. Trust me when I say this restaurant and staff deserves the 5 star review and the community and loyal patrons to Hangar 502 will stand behind them! This place is a must try and I recommend it to everyone i know. Keep it up...

Over priced. The food is way over priced. $15 for a 6 inch sub that has an okay taste. The meatballs are $9 for three meatballs that weren’t that great. The owner asks everyone for a second chance so I gave him a second and a third chance. It never got better. He wants more chances but doesn’t want to improve the quality or value of his food. I’m a local to Boulder City and was hoping this would be a great lunch spot. It’s not!!!

Update to response!

You’re right, I should do a better job at giving good locations positive reviews. I do have a couple already on here. This goes to show, you don’t care about your customers or the Bc locals. You’re just trying to take advantage of tourists or the one time visits. You will run out of those faster than you think and regret not listening to the people that tried to support your business. Your snide response says everything anyone needs to know about you and your business. ...
