Hands down, the most delicious chicken and beef chimichangas I've had in a long time. This place is worth the stop.
We were just passing through Boulder, on our way back to Vegas, and looked up a place for delicious Mexican food. Located in a little strip, we weren't sure what to expect. But we were greeted with friendly faces and delicious fresh food.
Chips and salsa were excellent. We got a cheese quisadilla to share and it had the most delicious, fresh guac on it. That green goodness is money y'all. No even kidding how good it was right now.
Beans and rice with the meal was super tasty, and the chimi's didn't disappoint. Stuffed full of goodness and deep fried to prefection. We had to take leftovers, there was so much food.
Those that were working were so pleasant and friendly as well.
Great value for the money, and deliciousness you can't beat. We will definitely...
Read moreWow wow! We were blown away by their enchilada rancheros. We found this place on the way to Hoover Dam. It was little bit out of the way but it had good reviews so we decided to try. My husband and I were so happy after eating enchiladas and tacos, we came back to pick up bunch of stuff and ate for dinner at our Las Vegas hotel. Chicken was well seasoned and shredded inside enchiladas and the cheese was perfectly melt on top of enchiladas. Rice and beans were cooked with love and care.
They had Taco Tuesday so 2 tacos were around $2.50. It looked plain but the flavor of carne asada was amazing. Churros were the best churros we ever had! Flan was huge and texture was perfect. If you like spicy flavor ask for their hot sauce. It home made hot sauce.
If you ever go by Boulder City or Hoover Dam, you should definitely stop by. You will not be...
Read moreA hidden gem! This is our favorite Mexican food in Boulder City! We eat at Mariano's more than we should because everything is outstanding and the people are so kind! The salsa is my all-time favorite. I usually order the fajita quesadilla, street tacos and taco burrito. They have other options like burgers and chicken fingers if someone doesn't prefer Mexican. The dining experience is somewhat unique. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. If you dine in, they will serve chips and salsa while you wait. Try the guac! Amazing! Mariano cooks all of the meat fresh so you will wait at least five to ten minutes for your food. The location is not obvious. It's located BEHIND the hot dog stand in the strip mall adjacent to the Rebel gas station. Give it a shot, you will not be...
