Vinny's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Boulder City

Unable to get orders correct. I ordered several times and had issues every time but once. It's cheap and free delivery so there's that. There is no consistency with their dough. The very first time it was hard as a rock and cold. Not to mention extremely bland. Also the way they do their crust labeling is abnormal. The traditional is think pan chicago etc. Yeah no not here. Make sure to ask so you can get the correct pizza crust. Next I got the wrong order and was over charged. But I ordered again because it's cheap and free delivery. It's better than going hungry I guess. I gave them instructions and the pizza was absolutely perfect. I really did want to give them a chance. I tried to order the same thing and it actually made me sick. (Consequences of my actions. Should have stopped while I was ahead)Anyways I know I ask for something special on the cook time but they can't seem to figure out how to not over cook it. There's no happy medium. I called back and they refused to take my order. Evidently they'd rather just give up instead of getting it correct. I'm really not asking for much. Vinny's pizza was excellent. We came for the thin 🍕 pizza. There were so many choices we couldn't decide. The crust was super thin and crispy, almost cracker like but not. Sauce is sweet and delicious, just how I like it. Being from NJ/NY my standards for pizza are pretty high. Vinny's is definitely the best pizza I have had since being in Vegas for the past several months. We watched Vinny's on Restaurant Impossible, it was very cool to actually go see the place and taste the food. Definitely worth the drive. The service was excellent. They took orders pretty quickly and the food followed in a timely manner. The owners were both present. Vinny in the kitchen cooking and his pretty wife waiting on us. You can tell it is a family run business by the love and care you can see and taste in their delicious food and service. I will definitely return to try other items besides...

Oh wow! The food was outstanding! (we had the chicken parm dinner, ravioli, shrimp salad and chicken alfredo) The portions were generous and each dinner came with a side salad which was a pleasant surprise. It seems most places these days nickel and dime every little thing and I understand that they shouldn't give everything away free, but sometimes the extra charges for small things seems very petty. Vinnys seems like they got the formula down well, give great food at a fair price and is able to do so while maintaining their profitability. (I assume the profit part based on their years of staying in business) well done! I plan on revisiting and telling everyone I know going to/thru Boulder about this place.
