UPDATE: A coworkers kid got his first job at a nearby JIB location. He said it actually costs LESS for a soda over coffee, and they have to notify customers and ring up the upcharge. This location is 100% a rip-off.
UPDATE: I had reported this to the corporate office as well, and three times I received a poll asking about my satisfaction with the follow-up, and each time I had to respond that no one ever contacted me about it. They finally stopped asking because it’s clear this location DOES NOT CARE about customers. Full stop. It’s all about money and what they can get away with. Their post here claims they care, but I can say that 100% they do not. They only reached out here because of the public exposure. No one has ever reached out to me directly, and they know full well who and where I am. I used to go nearly every day for lunch and maybe once or twice a week for breakfast. I haven't been back since this started. You really have to keep an eye on these guys. Despite gouging with their prices because this is a tourist area, they actively rip people off. I have the receipts—literally. I was overcharged for the supreme croissant combo. I had looked at the board when ordering already thinking $6.99 was more than the mediocre food was worth. Then later I noticed they charged me 50¢ more!
I told them through their survey and main web site, but nearly a week later they still have the cheaper price on the menu boards hoping people won’t notice being overcharged. How many other prices are displayed lower? How many of those items do they sell each day? Extremely dishonest ownership...
Read moreNot so happy with this experience, I'm afraid. I took the afternoon off and went to Boulder City hoping to unwind over an enjoyable lunch. I decided to stop at Jack In The Box for their Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack, which is usually delicious. The burger I received paled in comparison to the one's I get in Vegas. It was just sad! The bacon looked like it had been pre-cooked and then microwaved with the burger to reheat it. The meat pattie looked shriveled and old. I didn't check the burger when I paid so that's my fault, and I wasn't about to drive all the way back either. To make matters worse, the employee at the drive-thru didn't put my receipt in the bag so I cannot even complain to Jack In The Box. I should have turned around and gone back when I noticed that the employee had also short-changed me. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this particular...
Read moreThis is the worst place ever the management can't even do there jobs right they give people bad food that gets there kids sick and then when u complain about it they just wanna give you your money back and not even fix anything there food is sloppy there employees and manger is rude and can't get there job do right I do believe they need to re hire a new better crew and train them right and treat the paying costumers and give them fresh food that they pay for and make it look nice . Oh and watch out for this manger he can't ever remember what kinda side orders you need and tell you to remind him and the first window lol how hard is it to work at jack at the box on...
