Illegal Pete's on The Hill — Restaurant in Boulder

I ve been in Denver on work/vacation for several weeks now, and eat out every day 3 times a day.This was the absolute worst place I've been to. Rude people, terrible tasting food, microscopic portions. I can't believe that this was rated so highly on google. The overall atmosphere reminded me of Walmart . The guy who was putting together my shredded beef bowl kept shaking rice out of the spoon before he put in in my bowl (considering the fact that most of rice was stuck to the spoon-i didn't get much in my bowl) then he put beef with tongs but then took most back out. I am a small built female and don't eat much but this wasn't even remotely enough to curb my hunger. Picking up deliveries here has become soooooo bad. I have no idea why it takes so long to put together 1 burrito, but this place makes sure it’s 10 minutes per burrito. Sometimes there are 6-7 employees literally just standing there, 1 working to go. Wait times are just awful no matter what time of the week. Whoever owns this place, why don’t you sign on to Uber or door dash and try to pickup orders from your own restaurant and see how you like waiting 15 minutes to make $2. You can also adjust your pickup times on the app so you are not constantly screwing over every single driver. One more thing, if you’d like, I can come in and show your employees how to make a burrito in under 15 minutes. Get it together. And owner, seriously sign on to Uber and see how bad your restaurant screws...

I don't like it. It bothers me when they mix up the ingredients in the burrito, because then by the time I eat it, it's cold, and doesn't retain any warmth. I wish they wouldn't do this. The theme of the place is Mexican, and has the word "illegal" in the name, so that to me is playing a pun on the illegal immigrant issue, which has racist undertones. Everything is so overpriced and the worst of all, the employees are always stingy with the ingredients they put in, especially the guac. If I'm paying extra for guac, you should at least give me more than just a tablespoon of it!! Anyway, I've decided...
