My husband and I had a great dinner at Pedro’s on Pearl Street! We sat outside and really enjoyed watching all the activity on Pearl Street while we ate. Our server, Carlos, was fabulous, friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I ordered the steak taco salad, and it was delicious. I was a little intimidated at first by the big chunks of steak, but once I cut them up, it was no big deal. It was tender and flavorful. The chips and salsa were also really good; the salsa had just the right amount of spice, which we loved. The guacamole was also good and fresh! They also have great happy hour cocktail and beer specials! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and if we are ever visiting Boulder again, we'd definitely come back!

Nestled in a vibrant atmosphere, this restaurant exudes cool vibes from the moment you step in. Their menu boasts a delightful array of options, ensuring there's something for every palate. Personally, the Carne Asada stole the show for me; it's become my ultimate favorite. The service here is top-notch, with staff who are attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit. As an added bonus, I eagerly await the day when the city grants them a liquor license so I can indulge in their tantalizing margaritas. Until then, sipping on a Mexican Coke will have to suffice, adding a touch of authenticity to the experience. It's sure to be the cherry on top of an already fantastic dining adventure!

Really delicious food! Complimentary chips and salsa were great. The chips were warm and the salsa had a lovely kick without being too spicy. I had the taco dinner and each taco (al pastor, street, and mahi-mahi) was delicious. The side of Mexican rice was fluffy and well-seasoned. The beans were sooooo flavorful and the best side of beans I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. The spicy blueberry tamarind margarita was tasty. Carlos was a wonderful server and all in all a good time was had.

As former Texans, we have been looking for really good Tex-Mex around Boulder for the last two years. We tried the other highly-recommended local places and usually ended up with a "meh" reaction. With the exception of Rosa Cantina in Longmont, we simply have not found consistently great stuff.

Despite that Google Maps never shows Pedro's when doing an ordinary search (they obviously aren't paying for promotion), in experimenting with the new Gemini for Wear OS app, it suddenly showed Pedro's at the top of its list.

Our search is over. To start with, Pedro's gives you complimentary chips and salsa (like any good Tex-Mex place would). The salsa is spot-on delicious. Next, we ordered a small white queso. At most places the queso is way too bland. Not here. It was perfectly seasoned with a good touch of heat.

We like to test places by how well they do the basics. So we ordered chicken enchiladas and chicken fajitas. Again, both were absolutely delicious.

Our server Blanca made some great recommendations and was very friendly and attentive without being obtrusive.

Best of all, the prices are really reasonable (especially for a Pearl Street location). And they have a broad lunch menu with even better pricing.

We will be...

Walking into Pedro’s on Pearl St was more than walking into a restaurant but instead being invited into someone’s passion. My party of four was seated by co-owner Armando, who made us feel as welcome here as we would have been in his home. The ambiance was an appealing combination of pop culture with subtle traditional Mexican ascents. It was the exquisite care taken in our food that makes me want to return again and again. My daughter and I traded fork-for-fork the chilaquiles and her chimichanga. My wife’s enchilada had a pleasantly unique flavor profile that created a conversation around our little table. And the grilled quesadilla was a hearty assault of flavor and fulfillment. Hailey, our waiter, ensured that we wanted for nothing, and perfectly blended professionalism with personalization. The prices were as amazing as the entire experience. I already have my next dish picked out for our...

I waited at the front for 5 min past the pickup time. The woman refused to interact with me at all. I asked if she would check the status of the order she said “No. I have to stay up here” Then went and cleaned others tables and chatted with servers. At no point did she ask anyone else to check for me. I also watched her smile and interact with seated guests. I guess they just don’t like people who order ahead of time. The hostess is Alexis although she refused to give her her name. A bar tender came up while I was explaining The woman I was complaining about was making excuses and interrupting me when I interrupted her back to keep talking he thenand told me to leave. So I did The order is now cancelled and you lost two customers Also, the order was for Two orders of two tacos and a side of rice Each. Apparently that takes over 15 minutes past the pick up time and if you ask questions you...
