Subway — Restaurant in Boulder

Super dissapointed in my experience here! I usually go to the other subway across town but i was already over this way so my boyfriend and i tried this one. Well we come in and no one is behind the counter so we wait. No problem but the guy that comes from the back after a little wait is definitely not ready for work. He was an tan indian guy with dark hair. Literally had mustard all in his beard, but wasnt trying to judge. Then he starts talking and he sounds new from lack of info on the subs. Not a problem either. But then my boyfriend goes to tell him what he wants and he made it so messy and sloopy like he was blitz out of his mind. He had a hard time talking and getting his thoughts together which was super unprofessional but still ignored it. Well anyways his coworker comes in from his break and starts helping the girl behind me. To start with his coworker only has one hand and got that girls sandwhich done really quick and even checked her out while the indian guy is literally watching him! He has yet to even ask what i want! Anyways the coworker with one hand gets done and is like, come on dude what are you doing? So then the indian guy proceeded to make me the messiest wrap ever and the other coworker checked us out while he made it. I take my boyfriends order and our cups and go to the table and the indian guy tries to charge him again! So anyways we get sat down and start eating then we hear the two coworkers arguing because the indian guy was supposed to sweep and acted like he did then his coworker literally took him through the whole store front to show him where to sweep (it needed it pretty badly) then i hear the indian guy saying there is nothing to sweep! Like if you are supposed to do a job, then why are you arguing about it? You are getting paid and your customers are now unhappy about their experience. Anyways we leave and i realize the guy forgot my cookie. I go back in and the guy with one hand was super nice and was quick to make sure i got what i was missing, so thank you for your awesome customer service but i will never go back to a store where i have to hear a new guy argue with a...

Unfriendly employee he was very unaware of what was going on and just stared out in the distance several times then was like huh, I listed toppings 1 or 2 at a time, don't remember if he washed his hands after ringing up the previous customer.. but he did use his ungloved hand to put on the first glove then had to fix it but did so by grabbing the fingers and palm of the outside of the glove contaminating it. Got lettuce in about the middle 1/3rd of my sandwich and asked if he could add some so it actually went to the ends. All the toppings ended up piled in the middle. Sandwich still tasted good but I fixed it when I left.

Friend asked for dressing and got a very light amount, asked if he could get more and got a blob on one end on the sub..
