On April 19, 2024, at about 9:40 pm, I went to order food for taking out. After I came back home I found the worker forgot to put in the nugget and chicken fries. I called and went back but the worker was so rude. She did not make any apology to me for her mistake. Instead she insisted that she only forgot the chicken fries and she had not forgot the nuggets. She wagged her finger to me and said I was not good because I want more nuggets. She did not listen to me and just locked the door in front of my face. This is unbelievable. She made a mistake and caused the trouble for me to go back, but she blamed me! I never had such a bad experience in any other Burger King store.I wish the manager could check the camera and found what happened. Where did the worker put the nuggets? In my bag or in other customerās bag? Or the worker did not put it at all? Just a chicken nugget, it is not a big deal, but it is about a personās moral integrity and the workerās working ethic...

He ends up cutting us off and tells us to pull up & pay, we drive up just for the boy to look at us through the window and ignore us (Mind you he was the only taking orders in the EMPTY drive through). I used to come here a lot always drive thru and 90% of the time I had to deal with his terrible costumer service. It got to a point where I really did not want to go there anymore because of him. Everyone else is super nice but Nick needs some training on how to treat costumers. Iāve always been nice and polite to him so no need to be rude.
