Burger King — Restaurant in Bound Brook

On April 19, 2024, at about 9:40 pm, I went to order food for taking out. After I came back home I found the worker forgot to put in the nugget and chicken fries. I called and went back but the worker was so rude. She did not make any apology to me for her mistake. Instead she insisted that she only forgot the chicken fries and she had not forgot the nuggets. She wagged her finger to me and said I was not good because I want more nuggets. She did not listen to me and just locked the door in front of my face. This is unbelievable. She made a mistake and caused the trouble for me to go back, but she blamed me! I never had such a bad experience in any other Burger King store.I wish the manager could check the camera and found what happened. Where did the worker put the nuggets? In my bag or in other customer’s bag? Or the worker did not put it at all? Just a chicken nugget, it is not a big deal, but it is about a person’s moral integrity and the worker’s working ethic...

Me and my family pulled into the drive through and tried to place an order, the guy on the mic kept repeating the wrong order(YES ORDER AS IN ONE WHICH WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO FINISH) even after speaking loud and clear to the speaker countless times. He ends up cutting us off and tells us to pull up & pay, we drive up just for the boy to look at us through the window and ignore us (Mind you he was the only taking orders in the EMPTY drive through). After walking into the store asking for our order, another employee(just as confused as we are) claims That he’s been doing this for a while now. Not surprised to see a previous review about how rude the guy Nick at the drive thru is. I used to come here a lot always drive thru and 90% of the time I had to deal with his terrible costumer service. It got to a point where I really did not want to go there anymore because of him. Everyone else is super nice but Nick needs some training on how to treat costumers. I’ve always been nice and polite to him so no need to be rude.
