⭐️⭐️ Two Stars We had our driveway done in early May and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The ground didn’t settle properly and by September we are still waiting for repairs, even after Michael acknowledged in writing that the asphalt did not look right and had likely settled.

From the start, the workmanship wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t clean—especially for the price. They weren’t the cheapest option, and we went in thinking higher cost would mean higher quality, but that wasn’t the case. My husband (who owns a construction company and knows what proper finishing should look like) actually had to go back and point grout himself because it was left sloppy.

On top of that, professionalism was lacking. Michael showed up at our house unannounced, which startled our dog walker, and when we raised the issue he dismissed it, saying this “isn’t the army” and he didn’t need to let us know when he was coming. In over a decade of running a construction business, my husband has never spoken to a client that way or entered their property without notice.

Moreover, one weekend his workers showed up to our property with two cases of beer. While we understand you can certainly cheers to a job well done, it is certainly not acceptable in the middle of a project.

It’s now months later, the back area of the driveway is lumpy, and despite repeated follow-ups, we’re still waiting for the work to be corrected. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend...

As you can see in the before and after photos, our driveway was in terrible condition. We were going to wait till the Spring/Summer to search for a reputable contractor. To our surprise, we happened to find All Design Paving & Masonry thanks to our fantastic neighbors down the block who were also getting their driveway done. As a homeowner and field worker, I know how it feels to want to get things done the way you want it and I can say that I’m extremely happy with the work. Michael is a man of his word and wouldn’t compromise his company nor his employees and that’s worth more than gold in my book.
