1st time we ever been to the bountiful location was a horrible experience. The old lady who I was told her name is "grandma" when I asked for it. She was rude came out of the restroom and she was mopping a mbv d literally rammed into me repeatedly hitting me with the mop. No excuse me no manners complete old hag! As we were eating a handicap woman was trying to get in to the store and this old hag was looks at her glared turns her back ignores this woman in need of assistance. A young man damon I believe kept yelling at "grandma" to help with the doors customer service is a priority. This young man ran out of behind the counter got the doors before this woman got hurt. I as a customer got up and helped the gentleman and customer. And made sure she was ok I went back to my party and the old hag glared at me and my party. I told her learn customer service that's your job treat others with respect kindness. My friends husband had to get up and walk out the doors because of her. She spraying cleaning spray all over around us while we were eating and yes you felt the mist of the spray. She needs discipline action must be taken. As I am a manager of manager and have trained numerous employees and if my employees ever even had a slack reaction even if it's just body language they would be taken aside and warned them maybe even clock them out for the rest of their shift and send them home. CUSTOMERS ARE WHO PAY YOU! WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO PAYCHECKS! SO WITH ALL THE BAD EXPERIENCE WE HAD K WENT UP TO COUNTER ASKED FOR THE MANGER AND DAMON SO POLITELY WENT AND GOT HIM FOR US AND DID TELL US HE WILL BE WITH US SOON THAT THE MANAGER WAS FINISHING HELPING A NEW EMPLOYEE. I told him that is fine that if he would ask the manager come to our table when was finished helping the new crew member. And not even 5 minutes after asking for him. He was at our table with a smile listened to us and was very sympathetic understanding thanking us for bringing all these issues to his attention. He really took pride and appreciate his customers aswell as his employees who go far and beyond. Damon and the other young man needs to be recognized awarded for their perfection customer service. This is why I give 3 stars 1 for the 3 super star crew members...

Read more70 minutes before closing time an employee apologized that there was only one chair seating (in a totally empty restaurant) because all the table areas had been cleaned early (and blocked off with chairs) due to "employee shortage". So, I sat at the huge round table in the middle of the restaurant path from door-to -order-counter (the only accessible table) on the single chair with accessibility. Four groups after me just moved chairs so they could access a way to get to a table.
I don't understand why KFC's in many states cannot get orders right. Regrettably, I can usually count on multiple errors more frequently than a smooth experience. Just me tonight; ordered a three-piece dark meat dinner with no biscuit and extra gravy. Received a biscuit and the normal potatoes without extra gravy. The next person in line ordered potatoes with no gravy and the person behind the counter apologized for getting the order wrong as they passed the errant tray across the counter and did not offer to correct their mistake. How hard can getting things right be? Apparently at KFC, very difficult. At least I was not told they were out of chicken an hour before closing which has happened at the Beaverton , Oregon location.
