Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I’m giving 2 stars to the Cave Mill location but want to give 5 to the Fairview store.

A few months back I ordered delivery from Cave Mill. An hour had passed with no pizza so I called to check up, and curious if they might be busy (which I get big time). Instead they told me it was marked for pick up and had been sitting there. They treated me like it was my fault when I 100% said delivery, and even brought up the fact that the asked my address lol. They did end up comping the pizza for me and giving me a coupon, but the way she treated me sucked.

Flash forward to tonight. Decided to try them again because it could have been a bad night months back. I have a coupon that is 100% valid. The person on the phone said the computer didn’t like it and does this a lot, but still wouldn’t honor my coupon. That was that. No attempt to overriding or what not. Just “no”. Still this time they weren’t rude.

Called the Fairview store and ordered for pick up. They took my coupon and I got my pizza with no hassle. Even tipped for the discounted amount lol. The manager there was very kind, but it’s not her responsibility for Cave Mill’s mistakes. She wanted them to give me discounts/free pizza/something, but I don’t want that. Thank you though for offering and being nice!

TLDR: Cave Mill bad. Fairview good.

I went in today to get lunch using the new side kick app. Most of my food was wrong. I ordered two sandwiches. One said "no lettuce or tomato" and the other one was supposed to also say this but apparently "lettuce" was still selected. I also ordered 2 orders of wings and got one. The lady didn't want to remake one of the sandwiches that she put lettuce and tomato on because she claimed it said both. She even came out to show me on the receipt. But when I looked in the app it only said lettuce. She got more wrong than she did right and still wanted to argue over lettuce. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce among other things . I order the same pizza time after time so I know what is right and what is wrong. They forgot to put on the extra sauce and the pizza was dry. When I called talked to the manager, he argued with me about this. He refuses to do anything. It was the manager working on August 19 at 5:30 PM who does not understand the customer is always right. He is defensive, arrogant and rude!!!! As punishment I will get pizzas somewhere else from now on. I wish I could post a picture of the dried out pizza that...
