The owner served us and was extremely rude . I have been to every mexican restraunt in bowling green and never been treated so rude . After the owner served me and my wifes two meals i asked another employee that asked if we were ok if they could add cheese to my meal with me paying for the cheese and they said sure thing and then the owner which was our terrible waiter walks over and blatantly says "you didnt tell me you wanted cheese from the beginning!" In a loud rude tone and i said back thats not what i asked as a customer i asked if i can have cheese added to my meal and he walked off extremely rude and i told my wife mabey we should just leave before this gets any worse and the owner turns around and says out loud across the restraunt "go ahead and leave if you would like! " never in my life have i run into such a rude unprofessional business. As a business owner myself i would never treat a customer like this . Also for the record their beef was awful it tasted like dry rubber that had been extremely overly seasoned . The time we went into this restraunt was 11:30am and left around 1230 noon and we were the only ones inside THE PLACE WAS EMPTY ! EXPLAINS ALOT my wife mentioned apon arriving that they looked closed because we were the only car in their part of the parking lot. ALSO I SHOULD MENTION THEY CHARGED ME 3.50 FOR A TINY SERVING OF CHEESE NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO COVER EVEN HALF OF MY FOOD AND THE SERVING IT CAME WITH DIDNT EVEN COVER A QUATER OF MY BURRITO . Read morePlaced a pick up order tonight 5/17/19@8:45p.m. that cost $15.52. I got home and found my order was missing cheese dip. Cheese was the star player of my meal. I called to speak with a manager regarding my order. I was told I could pick up an order of cheese dip tonight. I explained that it's late and my child was eating and then heading to bed. I asked if I could just have the order replaced to be picked up Saturday? The manager replied no and that I could pick up the cheese sauce tomorrow. What that makes no sense? Am I not suppose to eat tonight? As aa paying customer you would think this "Family Owned" restaurant would want to provide their customer's with great customer experience. So not only have I paid $15.52 for a dinner that's not complete the company cares nothing about customer service. I simple ended my call with if I went to McDonald's and was missing my burger off my bun. This company would go above and beyond to make sure a wrong was righted. The manager then replied you can't compare a family own business to McDonald's..umm yes I can bc at least they care about customer service and accuracy. Los Mariachis does not. Read moreLet’s start with the service- I only saw my server once during the entire dining experience, I ordered the choripollo which is typically my go-to at Mexican restaurants. The texture of the chicken was terrible and had me questioning whether it was fully cooked, the cheese on top was brown and slimy, beans were incredibly bland and the rice was dry. I took one bite of each thing and knew I could not eat it. After a few moments, whom I assume was the manager came to ask me if everything was ok, I told him it wasn’t very good, he then had a very obvious attitude and asked me what was wrong, I told him, he rolled his eyes and said “ how can you say something is wrong with everything, people buy this all the time and we get no complaints” I told him that was fine however it was inedible for me. I’m still quite hungry but he takes the plate, drops it in the trash and rudely gives me my check for my daughters taco. This manager was not interested at all in making our experience better, did not ask if their was something I would like instead. He wanted me out and was incredibly rude.
