As a customer, I feel extremely disrespected by Qdoba management due to the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. The way that management expressed their empathy was quite the opposite. I was talked down to and told I was wrong when I took the time to follow up with my concern. No management reached out to me, when they said they would. Instead, management shared “ I have never had to deal with this before in my time here, and feel like we’re going in circles”. Communication is key and I do not believe that department heads were in conjunction. The catering manager promised a refund amount one day and the next day general manager, Jack refused to allow me to speak with her and stated “it does not matter because whatever I say goes”. I found this extremely frustrating as the cause of this concern stemmed from catering mistake of wrong delivery date. This was an inconvenience for my family and friends who were out of town and unnecessary, as the issue could’ve simply been resolved by keeping their word with a heartfelt apology. Never did I get a sincere apology for the mistakes on their end. Respectfully, Qdoba will never get our service due to the way, they have treated my family. I would love to speak with corporate to discuss this matter if...
Read moreQdoba’s has been a favorite of mine for years. I get the same menu item every single time. As a vegetarian I don’t branch out often. So when I ordered food delivered to my home on an app that rhymes with smash! Lol! I was expecting the same thing I get in the store. My order was wrong three times and the portion size was less than half of what I was used to getting. So I decided that the app wasn’t working so I needed to go into the restaurant and order for myself. I ordered the same thing as I usually get. And as the employee was preparing my food putting the rice in my bowl they literally scooped rice out of my bowl and back into the rice container, God forbid I get a smidge more rice. Beans, I could have almost counted every black bean it was so sparse. I asked for lettuce, the employee put her fingers in the container of lettuce as if it were going to bite her and put a “sprinkle” of lettuce on my $18.70 bowl . (I got chips and cheese dip too) - thank god or I’d be starving, and broke! And to think, I was thinking perhaps, that it was a “to go order problem”, nahhhh, it’s a Qdoba’s problem.
I won’t be back, Chipotle is a much better substitute and I actually get what...
Read moreI won't eat at this location again. I'm not a huge fan of Qdoba in general, but I get coupons so that makes it worth it. The employees that make your food are generally pretty nice. The management however is hateful and rude. I got coupons in the mail and they didn't start until the following week. But I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask if I could use them early, since it was only a few days away. They said sure and I used two with no problem on different days, with different people. Then I went there to use the last one. The lady who was running the register who was the manager said no cause it wasn't valid. I said I just used it before a few days ago and they took it. She said it wasn't valid yet and was really hateful about it. So be consistent and take them or don't take them at all. So if being petty over a coupon is worth losing customers then oh well. Chipotle is down the street and is...
