Wife got a lunch special sesame chicken, it was good and arrived in 15 minutes. I ordered all you can eat sushi, never got to try it. My sushi was done at the same time as her meal, but I watched it sit on the counter and no one picked it up. My lunch hour was up, I finally snagged a waitress coming by and explained to her to cancel my order, I had been waiting 45 minutes for ONE sushi roll that never came. She brought it over, and I said no, I don't have time to eat it. Manager lady came out and told me it takes time to make sushi, and I should have given more time to enjoy the sushi experience, and offered to make it a to-go for $9.50 instead of the $11 for the all-you-can-eat. I declined, told her it was neglect, not prep time that made the wait long, and most folks on a Friday lunch order don't have more than an hour to eat. I got my check and it was for my wife's meal, plus the two eggrolls that come with the all-you-can eat sushi charged to me a-la carte. Disgusted with the service. No effort to make things right. Eaten there twice now, thinking that my first experience was bad because I was ill at the time. The first time, I got chicken udon, which is supposed to be a soup. There was no broth, just a container full of noodles, mushrooms (which was not listed on the menu, and I am slightly allergic to mushrooms), and the chicken. Other places give you a huuuuuge bowl of udon soup with broth, and veg along with the chicken.

This time, I decided to try the katsu, which I was told would have katsu sauce and veg with it. There was no katsu sauce, nor any veg. The tastelessly breaded chicken was laid on a bed of iceberg lettuce and shredded carrot in an inch-deep dish. It came with soup (I think) which was okay. I also got agedashidofu, which ended up being flavourless.

I can't speak for the Chinese side of their menu, as I don't often eat Chinese period. But the Japanese side needs serious improvement. I'm glad I didn't order sushi from here; I don't know if...

I don't think I've ever given a bad review to a restaurant before, but the food was awful! It was prepared ok - but everything was extremely bland. Even their soy sauce! I mean VERY bland. The sweet and sour chicken was bland, the Mongolian chicken was bland... The hot and sour soup was bland! It had heat, but zero flavor and certainly no sour. Idk. I'm not even sure what I was eating, it was so flavorless. What is going into your mouth if it's hot and sour soup with no flavor - what could it be made out of and taste that NOTHING? It actually kind of freaked me out. I had to use my own soy sauce to give it all a taste. I wish someone had told be before I spent $60. But the deliver was fast, and the food was hot. Oh!
