Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bowling Green

On Memorial Day, I decided to go here for the first time since it built itself in front of the local Mom and Pop Coffee House called Funky Bean. I figured since Funky Bean was closed, I'd go ahead and try Dunkin Donut's Coffee. Well, it was honestly just terrible. Usually, a latte has this robust flavor and seems infused with a vanilla flavor. It's thick and creamy. Well, this was not the case for the latte I received at Dunkin's. The staff was nice but my latte was absolutely disgusting. The texture of the latte itself was not creamy but thin and watery. The vanilla flavor didn't seem infused but instead an over abundance of sweetener and artificial flavoring, and no. I didn't order the sugar-free syrup. It was just awful and artificial tasting. I was not impressed and out of all the coffee houses in Bowling Green, Dunkin Donuts has to be the worst. There was a man there this morning that was yelling when he spoke and kinda talking in circles but was getting in everyone’s personal space. He continued to keep coming up to me and the more he done it the more uncomfortable I got. Well I think the workers saw that and so they kept coming up with reasons for me to move away from him and talking to me so he would leave me alone. There are still good people in the world because all of the workers could have just let this man keep bothering me but they didn’t. Then the workers apologized to me before I left and said the man had been there for an hour. Appreciate all of them for stepping in!

Coffee as always was amazing and the breakfast Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was also so good!

First off, franchises can only get 4 stars from me unless very unusual circumstances. Name brand recognition and cookie cutter packaging make life easier for these places anyways. This is my first visit here and certainly not my last. Getting donuts late in the day is always a crapshoot, but as long as you're aware, don't complain. My only two issues were the substitution of one donut with no remarks by team members and the lack of a printed receipt. I will say the team member was fast in suggesting a photo, which was just fine. The substituted donut went straight into the trash as neither me or my daughter enjoy. Good luck you...
