When my husband and I first walked in here, we noticed it was very comfortable and inviting, the server asked us how many, we said "2", a different girl grabbed the menus and started walking away. We assumed we were supposed to follow but were confused by the lack of communication. It turned out we WERE supposed to follow her but then she handed the menus to another girl who proceeded to seat us in the side room instead of the large open, comfortable room that was so inviting. That side room was very small with A LOT of kids and groups in it and it felt stuffy and uninviting. The change from the room we walked into to the tiny, full and stuffy room was so much that we asked to be seated in the comfortable room that had just a few tables full. We really didn't understand why they would seat us in that back room anyway when there were plenty of available tables in the big room.
We were actually going to leave after being seated in the stuffy, small room because once again, the server didn't actually say "come with me" or anything to signal that she was going to get us a table in the big room. We just sat there for about a minute and then she came back as were getting up to leave. There was a lot to be desired in the area of communication and making us feel comfortable.

After having driven past this place 100 times and wanting to try their wings, I finally took a lunch to go and see how it was. I was not disappointed. Service was solid and my waiter did a great job. I wanted to sample several things so I actually didn't buy an entrée, instead just getting their sampler appetizer platter. This was actually a great deal of food for what I was expecting.
The wings were amazing. Well seasoned and cooked, I will definitely return for them.
They listed their onion rings as being special, in house way of making them. They were good, but they fell apart easily. The dipping sauce for them was a really good compliment, but the size and crumbling coating made it difficult to use. I enjoyed them, and may get again, but they were the low point.
The third item I got and the thing that surprised me the most was their cheese sticks/bread. This was nearly the size of a small pizza and was absolutely amazing. The cheese blend was perfect, they were cooked to have just a little bit of a crisp edge, but the soft dough with that cheese were just spot on. It was everything I could do to save a few slices to share back at home. The marinara and cheese dipping sauce that came with them were good accompaniments.

This place used to be awesome. The food and service was always great. The last few times we've been, the service gets worse each time. The last time we did a call in order, the order was lost or given to the wrong customer. We had to wait nearly 45 mins for the food to be remade as it was a busy weekend. So after this and the continued bad experiences we took a long break from the restaurant. Yesterday, we placed a large order for pickup for a birthday party. Upon arriving, half the order was missing and we had to wait for the food to be made again. They apparently gave our pizzas to someone else by mistake....... again.
This made us late for the party where we were providing the food for over 40 people. While we were given a discount on the food, that didn't even remotely make up for the inconvenience of having to wait again on food that was supposed to be ready. Nor for all the apologies we had to dish out for the people waiting at the party with no food.
100% will never be back after this. Also the pizzas that were remade were a thrown together mess. Half of them were burned and the other half were missing half the topping. I guess the discount they gave was based on the absolute disaster of pizzas we were given.
