Went in hopeful of good food. The hostess seated us and said the waitress would be with us in a minute. There was three tables already sat with drinks and food, maybe a total of five people. Watched a woman allow her toddler to play with the food on the buffet while we waited for service.

About five minutes after we were seated another group comes in and are seated directly behind us, waitress asks their order while seating them. Never looks at us, avoids eye contact. We watch her seat three other groups (one had six persons) before we give up waiting. Twenty-six minutes of being ignored, hostess and waitress chat frequently, all other groups had drinks within minutes of being seated.

We weren't able to order but the way they allowed a child to play with the food on the buffet option rates a one star. Also, the smell of burnt food and smokey air in the restaurant gives some idea. There was chaos in the kitchen, random food containers haphazardly clustered on every surface and at least three of the staff standing around talking the entire time we were there.

Plenty of seating but most of the booths had the plastic peeled off the seats. Tables and menus sticky walls yellowed and grungy. Seriously needs a remodeling, if they stay in business. The place was dirty, crumbs in the seats, on the floor and table.

Drove from Findlay to have dinner tonight with my daughter. I ordered a Crazy George small thin crust pizza and my daughter ordered spaghetti. Her food came and after 40 minutes, I inquired where my pizza was. I kept getting told it will be out shortly. They finally brought the pizza out that was cold and I asked to speak to the manager who happened to be Desteny. I inquired what it took so long to get my pizza and she informed me that they were alternating pizza for the buffet with the special orders. I informed her that was not happening as I was watching and all the pizza coming out of the kitchen was going on the buffet. I refused the cold pizza and her only answer was have a great evening. Another couple waited over an hour for their pizza and they also have a small salad and she was not even nice to them and charged them for the salad. If she was any type of manager, she would not have charged them and apologized for the inconvenience. I have been coming there for years and never have I had this type of service. I would suggest you teach the manager on duty how to be pleasant and learn that customer service is important to keep your business going. Trying to make excuses for the lack of service and getting the food out in a timely manner is...

This use to be are go to ever tue. But not any more.The food quality has gone done hill ever order, and we're just hope the it's a fluke but sadly it's not. But the service is what finally decided it for over the last 3 cost I personal watch a now manager eating food over the food she was making for gust no glove no hand wash. I only witness this because I was eating inside for my food. It the worst of all was when I finally called them to make the very simple order I had place fixed because they messed it up horribly . Which is not that big of a deal but the worker didn't realize that he did put me on hold so I got to hear him talked a good deal of crap about me all because they messed up I have called them back to let them know what took place and still no one has tried to make it right at all or fix this. Me and my whole family will no longer will be going here after 10plus year of be a loyal customers. 4 months late 4 months have passed since I've eaten here I used to eat here every single Tuesday for almost 10 years and still has not even reached out or tried to even make it right.
