Awesome food. The guy started in his room to help pay for college, and now he is making some amazing food as a small business. I had a few things, and it was all amazing. The jerk tacos are too good to pass up. Crispy shell with a homemade sauce and super tender chicken. Flavor explosion and certainly something I would come back for. The steak tips... perfectly seasoned and cooked. Again a nice mox of flavors, and they melt in your mouth. Loaded fries. I know, basic right. Not these. I'm not a fan of fries, but these didn't stand a chance. Crispy, not hard. Real cheese melted naturally not microwaved and some fresh chunky bacon on top. Holy smokes. This is my first positive food review possibly of all time. TriggaMeals is some of the best damn food in this town. He's usually only got a few menu items but he makes them super high quality, and I always hate having too many options to decide from. In addition to being high quality, there's nothing else like it in this whole college town. TriggaMeals is a great place to eat in BG. It's a small business run by someone whole loves to cook food! It's a tad expensive but it is worth it if you are looking for something a little different.
