SmokeTown Tobacco And Vape — Local services in Bowling Green

First off I’ll say that I NEVER write reviews but, in this case it’s an absolute must. My husband & I once a month travel from KY to MI, once we got into Ohio I noticed that my vape was out of juice so we literally just stopped at the closest vape shop near us. Well it brought us to smoke town in bowling green Ohio. Immediately as we walked in the guy working was extremely kind & helpful (it’s hard these days to even have kind customer service anymore). I could not figure out which juice I used at my local vape shop so I probably drove the guy crazy trying to explain it to him but he found the right one, thank God. The price for the juice was $15 less than what I pay at home so that was definitely great & on top of that the guy literally has 3 big boxes of e cigs/vapes like Hyde &, kang etc. FOR FREE. All he asks is that you write a review if you have the time! Umm heck yes I have the time & if I don’t then I will make time because that right there definitely doesn’t happen these days, free vapes!?!? No! So yeah sorry I’m getting all excited but I just had an amazing experience in this place & I was only there a total of 10 min. Starting with the negatives, I know this shop just opened but boy are they empty. They don't have much but hookah stuff and wraps. The employee, who i am assuming is the store manager (he mentioned putting in orders), knew next to nothing about his products. He had no clue what vapes were rechargeable and which ones weren't. He had no clue about thc-o, thc-p, or hhc. They are also selling fake stundenglass and he didn't even know that was the brand name. He only referred to them as "gravity". The store was also dark and the counter was raised which was kind of uncomfortable to sit there and try to converse with someone 3 feet above me.

I will say the employee was nice and the store does look very well put together on the inside. Hopefully they'll fill up and the manager will learn more about his products. But as of right now there are much better smoke...

Shop has a great wrap section but everything else is very lackluster. The vapes are very obscure, the d8 was overpriced as were their electronics. The store was also just vastly empty. Also the guy in there just seemed kinda nervous and didn’t know what he was talking about. Asked if they have disposable vapes that recharge, he said they don’t. I picked a random one out to try it and it recharged lol. He also showed me Studenglasses for $500 which is $100 cheaper than most retail, BUT upon inspection I’m 95% sure they’re fake. The product comes with a 10 year warranty that my friend registered with a QR code when he bought his, but smoke towns boxes DID NOT have that QR code.
