To begin with the management was atrocious, we began our evening waiting in a line that wasn’t being help whatsoever, the servers didn’t communicate if we’re on a wait list or in line for a table, this went on for easily 25-30 minutes. Being in the restaurant business myself I understand the restaurant to customer relationship, and there was an absolute lack of it. To add upon our waiting experience we had a leaky ceiling above us in the lobby. Once we were finally seated our server was very tolerant with the poor management and was very nice. Although it did take quite awhile for us to be greeted by the server although I’ll give the servers the benefit of the doubt it was Christmas week and it was busy but there were still open tables in the dining room. Once the server helped us we ordered our drinks and food with an appetizer all at the same time to avoid waiting even longer. Our appetizer took 45 minutes to arrive and once it did we’re probably a hour and fifteen into our night. Our food probably arrived 15-20 minutes after our appetizer, the food was just okay, most of it wasn’t very good, the fish was though. We attempted to speak with the manager more than once but as I said before the management wasn’t good at all, when we were able to speak with him , he proceeded to ask us “do you run a restaurant?” Which I felt was inappropriate. Overall our server was very nice and agreed with our statements about the poor management, but even when we spoke with the manager he proceeded to do nothing about our...

overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was attentive and the waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was inviting, with beautiful Mountain View’s and skie views.
The food options was buffet but not vegetarian or vegan friendly. the prices were a bit high, particularly for ok drinks. Secondly, some of the dishes lacked bold flavors and seasonings.
Value - expensive for alcoholic drinks Ambiance - it’s great, you can actually hear your date Service - excellent Taste - ok Overall -...
Read moreA must visit while at Boyne. Come here for breakfast (it is including in the stay and ski just like Everett's). Breakfast here is MUCH less crowded, and the food is better.
This is the classic ski lodge dining experience. Stop in for lunch while skiing or dinner on the weekends. The staff is very experienced and has been around Boyne for years to decades - they can give you the inside information.
Watch the weekly information sheets the resort gives out for specials (we went to an all you can eat prime rib and shrimp dinner there - delicious and affordable (especially...
