I believe her name is "Ms Shay" and I must say, the Aunt Annie's company should be very proud to have such an professional asset working within the Aunt Anne's organization.

Ms Shay serves the best Aunt Annie's products that I and my 4 year old son have ever experienced.

Aside from the quality of the food she makes & serves, her professional and exuberant customer relation skills go above & beyond simple politeness and acceptable customer satisfaction!

As a single dad, I always look forward to taking my 4 year old son for pretzel nuggets and drinks because of the way Ms Shay treats us. Over the past several years, we've always felt her caring heart and five star customer service even if we're just passing by to say Hi!

Wow! Don't go to this Auntie Anne's Stephanie the shift manager is extremely rude. I received a text today from Auntie Anne's that said 2 dollar nuggets. I showed her the text and opened the offer in front of her. The timer came up and no bar code to scan so she would not do the offer. When I tried to go back to do it again the code would not work. Really what kind of customer service is that. Their pricey pretzels shouldnt come with a snarky remark from a so called managed. I will go to Wellington and by pass Boynton from now on since they don't even honor their own text coupons. When I asked for the corporate number Stephanie replied she didnt know it! My fiancé and I are just visiting, and came down to the mall for a quick bite. As we approached, the cashier was talking to someone. I don't know if they were a customer or not but FULLY blown conversation, with no acknowledgment of us. Not to mention, another lady was just standing there as well waiting. After 10 minutes of us waiting there, she finally decided to talk to us. And then rudely asked, were we ready to order like we were just standing there for our health.
