Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

This Place was all good until they did not give me my change at the window they did not even open the window and let me drive off. When I called them to let them know who was working at the window and they did not give my change the owner told me he have to count the register and see if it is over and call me back so 3 hours went by and I called back another person answer and said he don’t know anything about that and that I will have to call back in the morning I immediately ask for the person I was talking to to get my money back he responded that he left and I will have to return in the morning I then immediately ask for corporate number then he said he does not know that and I have to look it up online now if you are a manager you should know the corporate number and then he said he don’t have it so he then said I can call my boss and call back In 10 minutes. So the boss call me back and started to attemp to get me together and telling me I don’t give money like that and that I have to be patient after 3 hours of waiting after he said that he gonna call me back and tells me he don’t have time to go back and count anything after he said he would or look back on camera after he said he would and and said that he don’t have time for this I have a family baby shower to go to eventually got it back but was a hassle and not only that the manager was in regular clothes and not doing anything worst customer service ever...

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and was so disappointed. Before my visit I looked at the online menu for a few of these locations near my home. Out of the huge online variety. all was offered at 2 different locations was a selection of 5 types of donuts...no jelly, no lemon, no Boston. the list goes on and on. I was left a choice of glazed chocolate glaze, 2 types of glazed with sprinkles. You would think it would be a better selection given it Saturday apparently no one prepares for success around here and cannot calculate the amount of people they're serving on the weekend. From now on it's better if you go to Walmart and get a box of donuts at least they have a better selection than what was offered. Also donuts quality was horrible and tasted like they were in the case for weeks. Will not be visiting Dunkin anytime soon. Expected more especially on...

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins several times and have been disappointed 9 times out of 10. I usually have something wrong with my order or it's like they don't care and are very rude. I've only had 1 time were the person was actually nice to me. The drive thru menu does not even display the Baskin Robins selections and when asked they act like they do not know what the menu consist of. Some people may ask why I continue to go to this one when there is one on almost every corner. I do because this one has a drive thru and is very close to my home. I have actually called and complained to the corporate company as well. I am from the true south and the service at this place and many here in South Florida is less than par.
