I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jeremiah's Italian Ice, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and the irresistible aroma of freshly made Italian ice.
The menu boasted an incredible variety of flavors, making it hard to choose just one. Thankfully, the helpful staff was more than happy to offer their recommendations and allowed me to try samples. I opted for the Black Cherry.
The presentation of the Italian ice was simply mouthwatering.
What I love about Jeremiah's Italian Ice is that they offer not only traditional flavors but also unique and exciting ones. From refreshing watermelon to creamy cookies and cream, there is something to satisfy every taste bud. I found myself trying different flavors during each visit, never once being disappointed.

Read moreI placed a catering order and submitted an email requesting a large number of Italian ice for my daughter's birthday. My experience was terrible.
I did not get a response to the forms I submitted; I had to go in person to place the order. The cashier seemed confused so he contacted 2 managers over the telephone- they confirmed that they could not locate my catering request form via their website.
So I placed the order in person. The cashier told me I could come back the next day to pick up the order at 10am and that he would leave a note for the next employee.
I get there this morning, the employee was not given notice that I was coming, and he told me to come back at 12pm when they open. I explained to him I was told to come at 10am and that I needed the ices immediately to be taken to my daughter's school. Unfortunately there was (yet again) no manager at the store for me to speak to.
There wasn't an efficient way of giving me my 30 italian ices- 1 bag was dropped by the cashier and he claimed they didn't have any more cherry so I had to get an additional blueberry (not a huge deal, but not professional). I had to carry 30 Italian ices in many to-go bags, instead of a large disposable cooler or box. Again, extremely inefficient and unprofessional.
My recommendation is that they have a manager at the store while employees are working, that they come up with a more efficient way of handling numerous Italian ices, and they should have some kind of catering special or pricing option.
Love the food there, but not...
Read moreMy family were visiting me and we all decided to go to this location last night around 10pm. We were told they were closed despite online showing they closed at 11pm on Saturday and the times on the door also stated they closed at 11pm on Saturday. After stepping out of the store, we saw one of the two employees lock the door after we walked out. A delivery driver also came to pick up an order but the door was locked so the employee opened the door and gave him the order. My family then left but my boyfriend and I waited around in the parking lot for a few more minutes talking. To our surprise, a couple was able to enter the store and the employee began to serve them. Then multiple other cars pulled into the parking lot and at this time, about 10 people were in the store getting served. My boyfriend then went inside and the employee recognized him and said “Oh I’m sorry, the other girl is new and thought we we were closing but we can offer you a 50% discount”. However, this was the same employee we saw locking the door after we were told they were closed. I’m not sure what the reason was for not serving us but this was unacceptable. As much as we like Jeremiah’s, we will no longer return to...
