The reason why I’m giving a 1 star is because Inconsistencies Condescending manner of speaking ack to customers Every time I am in a hurry and ordered on the app. Something is either missing or the food is made wrong, and when you question it you have to server eye balling you like you are stupid and uneducated. Always trying to explain how the food actually is vs what it supposed to be. The thing I actually have to pay for every extras that I want in my coffee. It’s not nice not to be respected. Today I ordered on the app, both drinks are not even full. I paid for caramel drizzle, I did not get that. I stopped by this Starbucks #13563 , 1500 Gateway Blvd, Boynton Beach Fl on Friday Dec 6, 2024 and was greeted by Hayden with a smile . He accurately noted my drink ( iced espresso, 6 shots in a venti, extra ice, whip cream and extra cinnamon dolce powder ( on top of the ice & whip cream) as well as ordered a twice toasted croissant 🥐 since it was shortly after noon time. Alexine made my “staple” drink perfectly, just the way I prefer it. It’s a flavorful drink with no addl add on’s. I refer to it as my “staple” drink as I drink it often, regardless of the time of day! The croissant was also delicious to have for a lite lunch item. I like this location but the reason I’m giving three stars is because it is inconsistent. I mainly order pickup before I go to work or if I want some caffeine during the weekend. It’s a total hit or miss.. i customize my orders adding an extra shot or caramel drizzle (nothing extravagant) but 50% of the time they do not put the extra shots or they put way too much caramel (or not at all). The other 50% it’s correct. I guess it depends who is working, like I said, hit or miss with mobile orders. I can’t speak much about ordering in person.
