Was in there this morning and a lady (I'm guessing owner ) was yelling at a young girl that was working. I will not support a buissness who treats their employees like that and especiallyin front of customers! And from what i gathered the young girl was doing training . And kudos to the young girl for calling this woman out on not washing her hands after wipping her nose and then touching the inside of people's drink cups !! Latte quality is meh at best. Terrible service in regard to communication, attitude, and cash handling. Perhaps the job can be done better without taking care of a kid running around the store... I was the only one in Friday morning at 9 am. I would hate to see this place on a busy day/ it would be comical to watch several burritos getting wrangled around the microwave and an actual line at this joint. Coffee was great. People were great. The staff made the atmosphere feel inviting. To get 6 stars, I gently recommend removing a few boxes and the equipment not used. Add shelving out the back to better store things. The shop has so much potential but shelves were empty and things seemed a bit dishevelled.
