Had gift cards to cold smoke coffee before it was sold. Their website says it would honor cold smoke cards till the end of the year. Earlier this spring, my wife and I went in and was told only the manager could honor our cards. We've gone in about 20 times when the manager was supposed to be there but he is never around... tried to leave our cards and get a new credit or anything to make our $100 in store credit work and nothing... Don't know what their food or drink tastes like because they never honored our store credit. The girl at the counter this morning said our cards were no good, suggested tossing them, then apologized. Genuinely one of my favorite places in Bozeman! The baristas are always super welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is also pretty awesome. But the Coffee is what really grabs my attention. I used to be a barista, and I know how to make GOOD coffee; let me tell you, they have it down. They weigh every shot, and I've never had a burnt, or sour shot at Mukai.
