Foods decent, but it’s a chain, and having worked at a noodles and company in Colorado, i know that it’s not that hard to make decent pasta with this company. The staff is what makes or breaks a business... and the staff here is lackluster at best. I tried to call ahead to order, and I got no answer. I called twice more with no answer, leaving me very upset. I run in to order, and find that the establishment is not busy, and had plenty of time to answer a phone call. I wait an absurd amount of time for my 2 dishes (again I know how long it takes due to my experience with this chains inner workings) and leave to find my pasta with almost no sauce. Read moreOne star — and even that feels generous. We came to Noodles and no one greeted us. Every staff member was busy doing their own thing, so we waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We ended up grabbing the menus ourselves and ordering without any help. Nobody explained anything, so we weren’t even sure what we were getting.
We ordered four pastas, and they brought them out in about 10 minutes. That seemed way too fast. And what we got? Absolute garbage. The pasta was undercooked, hard, chewy, and disgusting. Mine was honestly inedible. Just horrible. My friend’s pasta was just as bad — dry, tasteless, and way too firm.
When I tried to order, I had to walk up to the counter and ask someone to come over, because clearly no one cared if we got served or not. Now it’s no surprise this place is empty — even the people who came in after us left.

Read moreThe manager was acting completely out of line. We didn't catch her name because she was covering her name tag, but the receipt says "A.M2" as the host at the Bozeman, MT restaurant. We ordered, and then were completely ignored for an hour and a half. Even when we stood up front by the register with our number she would walk right past us without even looking at us. We had to get back into line as if we were ordering to finally get some attention. The entire time she was barking at and belittling the other workers and using profane language loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear, not to mention touching her face and hair and then touching food without washing her hands. When we finally got our refund she still didn't look at us and said "sorry" but it was nowhere near sincere and walked away before we could say anything else.
