Rice Fine Thai Cuisine - Bozeman (Stoneridge Sq.) — Restaurant in Bozeman

I just ordered lunch from them yesterday and I was very disappointed. I ordered the Tom Yum Gai (my favorite soup!) and the "awesome crispy rolls". The soup was nothing like what I'm used to from Thai Basil. Flat flavor and it just doesn't really smell good either. I made the mistake of getting the large size so now I have to figure out what to do with it. I was also disappointed with the "awesome" crispy rolls. They don't have much filling, really just very crispy and smaller than I expected. They're about the diameter of a fat highlighter marker...the awesome must be describing the crispyness! Overall, I'll be going back to Thai Basil because I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from them. The portions are amazing for the price and the food is out of this world every single time. Maybe I just hit them on a bad day or didn't order their specialty but I won't be back for a very long...

Great Thai, pleasant service, but be prepared for a wait.

My partner and I stopped through on our way through town. The food was delicious and lively, and we could see why the place is so popular. We must have arrived during the takeout/delivery slam, or they were short staffed in the kitchen, because we waited about 40min before we started to give up on our food coming out. Our orders came up just as we were standing up, and letting them know we needed to head out. The server was always polite and bubbly, and while the poor gal seemed to be getting stressed out, we reassured her that things are fine. The only reason we needed to leave is that we still had another two hours of driving ahead of us, otherwise we'd have been happy to wait. She gave me a complimentary Thai tea for the wait, even though she didn't have to.

The next time we pass through town, we'll be stopping...

I love this place. I really do. But... I’m a little disappointed tonight. I placed my order for pick up and upon receiving my food, I went over the order with the hostess. When I got home, I found out that my order was not correct. My main complaint is that this is not the first time. This is not the second nor the third time. When I called the restaurant to share this with them, I talked to the hostess who just honestly didn’t care. She didn’t want to do anything or try to make it right. I probably wouldn’t be writing this if she had simply been courteous and handled the situation with care. Eventually she did offer to comp the same curry for my next order. I love eating at Rice and will continue to do so but I’m just really disappointed in how I am constantly missing food from orders and the customer service of this particular...
