Pub 317 — Restaurant in Bozeman

Never come here!!!! I’m not sure if the section around the corner from the bathrooms is also part of pub 317. But we had a horrible experience. My best friend and I were blamed for having fake IDs mind you we are almost 25 years old. She first refused my best friend ,and when I I tried showing her my ID too. To show that we were from the same state . She refused my ID and refused to serve our whole group. Because she didn’t wanna be proved wrong by the cops telling her it’s a real ID. We told her to call the cops and wait here. She refused to do so after we just wanted to prove it was real. The male worker who had a 317 shirt on I’m assuming was the manager, who we spoke with was on our side. Which we all as a group did appreciate. We explained everything that happened and all he said was she (bartender) was stressed out. But he was trying to help de escalate the whole situation. But that’s no way to treat customers and they almost refused to give us back our IDs. They were trying to throw it in the trash. The girl went and grabbed 2 bouncers and they kicked/ escorted us out without us being able to share our side of the story to the bouncers they said they didn’t care to hear it and that we had to leave. Never will come again and that girl shouldn’t be in customer...

Great local atmosphere. What I love most about this place is trivia almost every Wednesday evening. The staff knows us by name and are so welcoming. Happy hour is 3:17-6:17pm and we always try to come early and take advantage of that. Trivia is tough (maybe toughest in town) but the groups that come out make it so much fun! We were a burden to the bar tender on Monday night when we stopped in. Completely ignored for the first 15 minutes of sitting at the bar with only 5 other people in the room that were already served. The two bartenders literally did dishes instead of serving us. Looked at us and made eye contact several times and turned their back on us and walked away. Irish pubs across the world make me feel at home; that's how it should be. Not this place. Slange....
