Horrible customer service. I ordered an Arete Sling 8L Hydration Pack, which was supposed to come with a water bottle. The water bottle was missing when it was delivered. Customer service wanted me to return it, then they’d send me a new one with the bottle, but they said that since they didn’t have the color I had ordered (black), they’d have to send me a different color, and charge me $15-$20 more since that color was more expensive. I suggested they just send me the water bottle (saving themselves postage), and they said no. I suggested I send the bag back, they take the bottle from a different color bag and send me back the black bag with the bottle (since that’s the color bag I wanted), they said no, I’d have to pay more and get a different...

I have been struggling trying to find snowboard boots that fit me. I was about to quit trying to learn, because whatever boots I would try left my feet hurting and numb.
I went in tonight feeling exasperated and asked if someone could help me figure out what was wrong. Carson helped me, and spent almost an hour narrowing down the issue! He helped me find a new size, figure out that I needed arch support and what level, found socks for me, added pads to the liner where I had wiggle room, and even heat molded them. My family was in there for a solid 30 minutes (the only customers) and the 3 employees continued to hold their personal conversation at the front desk amongst themselves, and literally never even acknowledged us in the store.
