McDonald's — Restaurant in Bradford

The females there are very rude and the one that was using the rest room didn't wash her hands when she was done going number one, and ik she was going number 1 bc unlike elevators there is no music so to avoid that uncomfortable awkward silence and or when some one is using the toilet. So yeah I threw my 56$ meals away my kids cried and cried until I went to burger King. Smh I have never been more grossed out in my life I don't think. I'm not a Karen for real but in this case I been told by other McDonald's employees that I am friends w, that she def needs reported. However I did not think to yell hey employee who didn't wash your hands what's your name lol 😂😂 never going back, y'all Forced me to give ya a star. FOR THE RECORD THE MCDONALD'S IN BRADFORD ABSOLUTELY DID NOT EARN EVEN HALF A STAR LET ALONE ONE IN WHICH I WAS FORCED TO DO. As a whole the employees were rude horrible general etiquette from one person to another. They do not even greet you at the counter and not one smile. They behaved as if this was their prison job they only get 10 cents and hour to work. Smh clean it up, I will come over and give everyone a motivational mentoring as well as good tips on everything I see needing mentoring, for real. I can def turn this around and make people not only want to come back but tell others how amazing it is at the Bradford McDonald's, if I don't I'll work for free...

Got to McDonald’s at 8:58, placed our order and waited 23 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and two medium fountain drinks. 9 cars went through the drive thru during that time. The only person ahead of us was a DoorDash order and he left by the time we paid for our kiosk order. The kiosk never printed out a receipt so we didn’t even know what our order number was. We watched the employees clear several orders off of their screen to meet drive thru times and then couldn’t remember what was on the screen or which cars they went to when they made drive thru customers move into parking spots to continue waiting for their orders. The employees came around the counter to take food out to vehicles and never acknowledged any one standing in the front of house (three orders deep at this point). We actually ordered our food for dine in, but they packed it to go. We decided to eat in the car when we saw how filthy the dining area was. My bagel breakfast sandwiches didn’t have the hollandaise sauce that’s supposed to come on it. Barely 9:30 and the soda machine and area was covered in dried soda syrup, the floors by the register haven’t been cleaned....

I love our McDonald's here in Weirton, WV. There are 2 different experiences when you visit them - drive thru and dining in. Their drive-thru is, for the most part, good at getting your order placed, paid for and handed to you with exactly what you ordered. However when they are busy, or when they are short-staffed or when their machines in the store are not working, chaos ensues. They really do try to get your order right everyone. Now their dining in experience is different. When you walk in, you are almost instantly acknowledged and spoken to by the person taking the orders. They are normally friendly, happy and aiming towards giving you a great restaurant experience. They have a great system in place to complete your order and almost always give you fresh and delicious food and beverages. But as with the drive thru, things go wrong and problems arise. Overall, I would definitely recommend this McDonald's. I couldn't give them 5 stars because no business is perfect. But this McDonald's comes pretty close to perfect most of the time.
