McDonald's — Restaurant in Branson

Wasn't able to use my codes from app. First i wasn't able to use a reward code for a 6 pc nugget the app for some reason had it blocked during dinner time and it was telling me i wouldnt be able to use a dinner code at that time of the day. However the breakfast item codes were available to use.? I was there about an hour or 2 before closing time. And if its dinner time why wouldnt i want to get a dinner item?? Also if i were to, lets say use one of the available codes (a breakfast item) Im almost certain i would be told that they're unable to make a breakfast item hashbrown during dinner hours. Doesnt make sense that the app doesnt allow one to use a code during a specific time for an item that is usually eaten during that specific time. I wouldnt be posting this if cashier didn't make me aware that the problem is, in fact the App. I would've just let it go and had figured my phone was glitching out. But since it wasn't i can see this being problematic for quite a bit of customers not just myself. I sure could've used that reward code for a free 6 pc that night instead of having to order a mcdouble too add with my friends household order no cash on me as I wasn't planning on stopping but the only deal code it would allow at that time was a percentage off the order so i still had to see if my friend would spot the cash until i got home... i really dislike having to ask to be spotted 2-3 bucks but yeah i hope that issue gets fixed before im there again. .it's bad enough how high the prices are for the not so fast food A large french fry cost is just Absurd. Almost four dollars for an Over Salted over fried potato. I know everyone can agree with the salted part. Theres never in my time i can remember ordering a french fry normally and gotten a french fry with too little salt or even enough salt but i can say if not ordered specially 100% of the time I would end up with a french fry that would after 2 to 3 bites be thrown into the trash due to it being Completely Unedible I definitely don't want high blood pressure, heart disease, or a stroke which is what i would end up with if i hadnt thrown those salt fries into the garbage. Now a days though if I remember I order french fries made to order with no salt and once I get my order I ask for a packet of salt. Never does more than a packet...

If I could give this place zero stars I would,, I walked in their drive thru was wrapped and inside was a little line. The kind of short guy on counter (sorry didn't get his name) was being nice and funny and polite trying to help me and an elderly lady get out cuz all we wanted was a large drink. He tried using the registers he couldn't. He asked the manager she yelled for another one . During this time the girl on counter handed out extra money the customer being a honest person told the cashier . Well the lady I was talking to stated to me she thought this would be a fast stop she had an appointment she had to get to and was thirsty I too was in a hurry to get to work by 2 . And like her was thirsty I like coke from McDonald's it hits the spot . Well the gentleman on counter got us cashed out but when we got to the drink bar there was a really older lady liking her fingers and putting the tray liners on the prayer people dumb their fries on . I ignored it and simply stated to the lady excuse me I'm just going to sneak two of these lids you are getting a line behind you I giggled and smiled . She then proceeded to turn around and tell me I can wait she is doing something and then I stated you contaminated each of the trays by liking your fingers then she got in my face and said ya well you try getting them apart you won't be able to without doing it I said get the sanitizer water I've worked fast food for 8 years she then spit in my face and said haha I don't believe it I was polite the whole time tried making the lady customer smile cuz she was getting upset . If I was the old me I prob would've freaked out and maybe went to jail for fighting an old lady but instead I told the manager .. she so ply said I'll talk to her .... I hope cuz I'll never eat in now that is very gross !! I'm debating ever coming back I can only imagine the short cuts tookem in the kitchen if she's doing that in the dining...

We were at this McDonalds on 12/09/2014 at 8p.m. When we entered, there was one other couple there who soon left leaving us alone there. We placed our order and was asked to give our name. We went and found a table and proceeded to wait. We were still waiting 15 minutes later so we approached the counter. A smart mouthed little blonde told us that we are waiting on fresh french fries. We needed 3 large fries. There were 3 large fries already fixed up sitting in the fry holder. I asked her about the fries that were already made since we were alone in there and she stated, "The drive thru gets priority so we will have to wait." After a total of 25 minutes, we got our food. The fries were ICE COLD and guess where she got them? I saw her grab the ones that had been done that I asked her about several minutes prior. On top of that, we didn't get our 10 piece chicken nugget. We asked the smart mouthed blonde what they would do if people were actually in there to eat? She then began telling us how busy they have been. The staff was loud yelling back to the area where they cook the food. Just very inappropriate. I find it very amusing that McDonalds employees would even toy with the idea that they deserve to make more money. BULLCRAP. I will NEVER go to this...
