TL;DR: Crawfish Etoufe is a must have. If that's not your thing, grab a steak and don't regret it. When we first arrived, we all but met a Jedi telling us this was Not the Outback We Were Looking For. Thankfully, it was much better. Our dinner was served with bread and whipped butter. I couldn't name the type of bread, but it was light and fluffy with a slightly crisped outside. Most of our party had steaks, they were mostly cooked accurately Dave for a single medium steak that was received medium well. That said, they were all tender and delicious. I had the Crawfish Etoufe. It was seasoned perfectly to be paired with the bread served with it. While not the best Etoufe I've ever had, it was really good. Spicy with plenty of crawfish and notable hints of tomato. Service was fast and professional with my drink never hitting the bottom although it was terribly difficult to get the check and take out boxes. The bathroom was interesting. The urinals in the men's room are fashioned from kegs. Unfortunately they are understocked on soap and hand sanitizer....

Arrived @9 pm, greeted and showed to our tables quickly. Server, was prompt and seemed a bit rushed. We ordered the special, strip steak & shrimp with two sides. I ordered my steak medium rare, my husband ordered his medium. When I cut into my steak I immediately saw it was not med rare. It was medium (barely) in the middle and med well around the edges. My husbands steak was medium well. When the server asked how my steak was I showed him and even mentioned there was no blood, meaning red juice coming from the steak or on the plate, the juice was brown. He stated there is never blood for a med rare steak and offered to have a rare one cooked for me. I declined, the steak did taste good, it just was over cooked for my taste. Our server did come back and offer again to have it re-cooked and seemed genuinely concerned. Overall I would rate our experience as in between Eh and Good.

AMAZING!!!! This restaurant came recommended by a co-worker. So we came in on our last day of vacation. I wish we had came at the beginning so we could have dined here twice. The food was exceptional. The steak was perfectly seasoned. The grilled Ocean seafood platter was cooked perfect. The etoufee & fried okra were the perfect sides. The fried Shrooms were a good start to this meal. And to finish off we enjoyed creme brulee & bread pudding. Our server Katelyn was very attentive. The manager Mike even stopped by to check on how we were doing. They also had a guy Jake English singing & playing guitar which provided the right amount of entertainment. I would highly recommend you stop and eat here when in Branson. You won't be disappointed. And the are Veteran centered.

Overpriced(it’s understandable due to its tourist district), but food was amazing, service not greatest but under average.

Outback Steakhouse in Branson offers a consistently satisfying dining experience. The steaks are cooked to perfection, with the Outback Special and Bloomin' Onion being standout favorites. The service is typically friendly and efficient, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable setting ideal for both casual and special occasions. While it’s a chain, the quality and flavor of the food make it a reliable choice. The prices are fair, considering the generous portion sizes. If you’re looking for a dependable place to enjoy a hearty meal in Branson, Outback Steakhouse won’t disappoint.
