Title: Outdated Store Experience
Rating: āā
Review: I recently visited the Walmart on the Branson Strip, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The store's outdated appearance was quite evident as soon as I walked in. The layout felt cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to find what I was looking for.
The lack of modern amenities was quite noticeable too. The checkout process was slow and cumbersome, with outdated registers and limited self-checkout options. Additionally, the lighting inside the store was dim and gave off a gloomy atmosphere, making it an uninviting place to shop.
Furthermore, the product selection seemed limited and not up to par with other Walmart locations I've been to. Many of the shelves were poorly stocked, and the merchandise on display looked worn and tired. It was evident that the store hasn't undergone significant updates in quite some time.
In terms of customer service, it was hit or miss. While some staff members were helpful, others seemed disinterested and unengaged, which further contributed to the lackluster experience.
Considering the prime location of the Branson Strip and the high standards that Walmart usually upholds, I expected much more from this store. It's clear that a renovation and modernization effort is long overdue to bring this location up to the same level as other Walmart stores. Until then, I'll be opting to shop at other Walmart locations that offer a more updated and enjoyable...

Went to Branson for a mini-vacation; as soon as I got into town I decided to grab a few thing before going on to the hotel just down the street. I was shocked to see a Walmart in a strip-center. Upon entering, I was immediately transported back to when I was a kid. The layout was almost exactly like I remembered my old home-town Walmart before they went supercenter. This place wasn't bad. Definitely smaller that what I've grown accustomed to, and fewer options, grocery section is tiny, but I managed to find what I needed.
My second trip here was a little more disappointing. Needed to grab an emergency item for my girlfriend, only to discover the place closes at 10PM. Fortunately I was able to reason with the associate at the door and convince them it was an emergency and I only needed one item, I knew right where it was, and promised to be less than two minutes. While grabbing that one item, I overheard an associate saying to another customer, "Ma'am we're closed!" in a very rude tone. I continued on with my mission and was able to keep my promise of being less than two minutes, but learned some valuable lessons from that trip. I think in the future I'll hit the Supercenter a couple miles North, and try to ensure I have everything I think I'll possibly...

Complaints have been filed.
Purchased tires here less than a year ago. Had to have a flat fixed within 3 months on the front passenger tire so took it back to the auto center. Two days ago, had to have to same tire fixed again. Only this time they tell me someone tightened the lugs too tight and it would have to be repaired somewhere else. They refuse to acknowledge their fault in tightening the lugs too much. Rather than providing any assistance, they threatened to call the police.
I called to file a complaint over the situation and the rep left me on hold for 20 minutes of a 23 minute phone call and gave me no information so a second call was made to file a complaint on both.
I have now been notified that the repair just to get to the tire for patching is going to cost a couple hundred dollars. Wal-mart should reimburse me for their fault in tightening the lugs like this.
Poor customer service, poor automotive center. Iāll be buying everything from other stores from now on. Highly disappointed that a multi-billion dollar company treats the very people that gave them that status like we...
