Maybe a little too hip for me. The gentleman cashier with the hipster beanie was a bit much for me and he was never very friendly and we interacted several times .

I ordered the brisket n bleu salad and it was terrific. Loaded with spring greens, red onions, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, and romaine lettuce topped with bleu cheese dressing and shredded beef brisket. They have many other salad dressing choices, but the bleu cheese dressing is just the right amount and compliments it.

Mom had the chicken bacon smokecheesy. It was served on a round bread piled with meat , lettuce , tomato , and red onion. They were both delicious and our plates were piled high with food.

They also have condiments on a table including pickled red onion, dill pickle triangles and hot dill pickle rounds which are delicious. There is also pickled banana peppers and jalapenos. The cost for the sandwich with 1 small drink was 23.00.

We got the cinnabon cinnamon rolls 15 pack the medium sized and were surprised at the $23 price. I have not tried them, they have cream cheese icing on them so they may be worth $43 . lol. There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom. I let them know, but they did not seem concerned.

Very good food , but I am not sure I will return. Not a very friendly vibe there. Perhaps I should have ordered...

A new Schlotzskys opened in my town so while in Branson we decided to take the family there for a quick lunch so the kids could try it out. While the food was good...the staff was absolutely terrible. The guy taking the order seemed very put out to answer any questions but never thought to hand us an actual menu. (Board menu only has names of sandwiches not what is on the sandwiches and the kids meal listing doesn’t tell you what comes with the meal). Had he handed us a menu we gladly would have gone to our table and made choices without his help...but as far as we could tell he was our only option and he was clearly rolling his eyes and walked away at one point. To be clear...we asked what was on two sandwiches and what came in the kids meal. Apparently too much for him. We were the only customers in line so he wasn’t too busy to be bothered. My guess is that his hipster beanie was a bit too tight and his ridiculous scruffy beard was itching him đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž. He was terrible and totally ruined...

I think I can honestly say that this is THE NICEST and most updated Schlotzkys I have ever been to in my entire life. The exterior makes it look like such a hip urban place to eat. Plus it’s got a Cinnabon in it which my wife LOVES. We went inside and it was just as gorgeous if not better than the exterior. Darren the owner was serving us directly and he is so nice to his customers and thanked us for coming out. I loved how he made us feel so good for supporting his restaurant. His family working there was just as helpful and great to us eating there as him. I’m not impressed by restaurants too often but the owner definitely went above and beyond what he needed to to help us feel like we were paying customers and supporting his establishment, which I was happy to, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The funniest sign I think I saw on rhetorical wall was “Hillbilly Vegas!” I had thought this myself but was funny to see it on the wall of a local restaurant. Thanks Darren for a great...

2.5 Stars First time ever to this brand. I've heard good things about this chain - maybe they were just having a bad day. I'm from Washington State and was in this town for a vacation. The line took about 10 minutes to reach the order point. Once I got there, and tried to order, I was told they were out of all pizza dough items. I was going to try the calzone. The order taker was noticeably wanting me to hurry and a bit impatient with me trying to select something else off the menu. I noted that a message out on the menu board about numerous items note being available at this time due to inventory problems would have helpful. That made the person even more visibly upset with me. I happened to sit near the order taker location and many who followed me also tried to order pizza items - they got the same results as me. If ever around this chain again, I'll give it one more try - if feeling adventurous.

The store seems new; it is well kept and very clean. Properly spaced for physical distancing. Associates helpful and cordial. The food items were of good quality. The pricing substantiates the portions. I think the original bread is probably better than the jalapeño cheese bread on the fiesta turkey sandwich. Other than that the sandwich was great. The brownie came straight out of the fridge 😆 It tastes very good at room temperature. Warm it up and it tastes even greater. The calzone came not as pictured in restaurant ads. Meats was not neatly placed and stacked on the sandwich. Neither was it plentiful with cheese so the calzone came short of the quality for which Schlotzsky’s is known.
