Wendy's — Restaurant in Brazil

My husband and I went to have dinner today at Wendy's in Brazil. Never again!! The dining area was a complete disaster at 3:30 in the afternoon with wrappers, standing water by the pop machine and the booths and food all over the tables and the floors. The food was taking forever for the gentleman in front of us, our food and a gentleman behind us. The guy in front of us was given the wrong food, he ended up leaving without even eating. Our food finally came out and everything was cold! It was like they gave us someone else's food or gave us old food. I don't mind waiting on food when restaurants are busy, but I do expect it fresh when it comes out if I do have to wait. I can't leave a review on the Wendy's website because we didn't get given a receipt with the store number on it. I was going to go up and tell them why we were leaving but after hearing, what I assume was the manager yelling at her employees, I didn't feel like putting myself in that situation today. I went to go pick up a doordash order for a client that was placed 1 hour before they close. I show up 10mins before they close for the night to grab the order and leave. I arrive, and all the lights are off and no one is at the drive thru. I pull up to the window and see two male employees. One comes up to me and asks what I'm doing. I tell them about the order, and at first they claim there is no order. I show them the app and then they look at their screen and mumble something about it being closing time. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it.

I understand they want to go home and it's closing time- I've worked retail and fast food. But it is disrespectful to ignore an order that was in their queue for 1 hour, and then get surprised when the customer shows up for it.

They had bad lazy attitudes, and were rude. I've never had an experience like...

The person who waited on me had put the wrong size fries on my tray instead of just leaving them she took them off the tray and then threw them back in the bin then got me a small fry that's cross contamination I did not eat my fries but I ate my hamburger and I ended up with food poisoning. Also the girl that waited on me was frustrated plus there was another person back there they were yelling at each other right in front of me and everybody in the building the atmosphere was horrible I will never go back there again this was in Brazil Indiana I believe the health department needs to go check that place out because the other person that was with me has something different and got food poisoning as well we both were sick for 5 days.
