Came in yesterday (Friday night) with no reservations needed. Called ahead in case it was packed and we were getting hangry. Food: Our server was Cherish. She was very funny and made sure we had a good time. I got the Rosemary's Chicken and Biscuits. It was DELICIOUS. The chicken was crispy and seasoned right. I dipped my chicken with some mashed potatoes and dabbed it up with some sausage gravy. I was out of this world. (Also, they have hot sauce so don't be shy to ask!). My husband got the Double Oklahoma Smash Burger. He let me take the first bite and it was so juicy and symphony of flavors swirling in my mouth with some crispy tater tots that went well with some ranch. You didn't even need dipping sauce. And they give you nice hot warm towels at the end to wipe your hands. It was overall a great casual date night experience. Everything was delicious. We were surprised how much we liked it here. Drinks: I got the Ruby's Rosé. Tastes pretty much like any rosé drink. I was drunk by the 2nd sip, so I just gave it to my husband. I can't hang. My husband got the Blavik Pilsner and Reunion Blonde. He enjoyed both. But honestly, he was drinking more of my drink. Ambience: Very 'Yard House' vibes. But way better. No kids and it wasn't loud with chatter. Chill with a bar. Nice big lounge seats that are soft to sit on and cozy. Its a casual vibe but dressy casual. Its really dark in there with little lights here and there. Sets the mood. Me and my husband are pretty much vampires who prefer the dark, so it was perfect. Hehe.

What can I say... not enough good things about Reunion Kitchen + Drinks. My son and I had tickets to the Brea Improv to see Craig Ferguson and made dinner reservation nearby. We had an hour to kill, so we ended up at Reunion. It's very conveniently located in the same building as The Improv. Our bartender Joe could not have been a nicer individual. Hellerrrr Joe 👋. BTW Joe, tell your dad we said hellerrrr. After light apps and a couple of drinks, we made our exit out the side door and turned right about four doors down to where our reservations were supposed to be and to our shock and dismay, the hostess made us stand outside in the cold before we could be seated. That was about 5 minutes worth of staring into a mostly empty restaurant wondering why. Eventually we were allowed inside and sat down. The vibe could not have been worse. The lady brought our menus, and walked away. I looked at my son and said, "we're leaving, and are going back and having dinner at the bar with Joe". It was not a mistake. My Dad's Ribeye was cooked to mid rare perfection. We even treated our tablemates to an extra lemon bar creme brulee dessert that we ordered by mistake. Everyone of the staff that we met were great. 5 out of 5 stars for this fine establishment.

Brea, you're so lucky to have Reunion Kitchen in your city. Expect consistency every time you dine. We love RKD in Anaheim, so we tried this new location and I'm pleased to say that it's the same great quality! FOOD and DRINKS were AMAZING!!! -Crispy Fried Calamari- Thick strips of breaded and fried calamari with slaw on the side. -Loaded Deviled Eggs- Piled high. So satisfying! -Steak and Potato Salad- My go-to order! Steam was cooked to my liking. Soft and tender. Potato salad is so addicting and the green salad has huge chunks of avocado!!! -Tequila Lime Shrimp- Huge, succulent shrimp is a flavorful spicy sauce. So good! -Warm Butter Cake - The best thing dessert in town! -Bob's Hot Fudge Cake - Generous portion. Chocolatey, fudgy and delicious! -Gimmer Butterflies - A pretty and refreshing girly drink. So yummy! -Vanilla Old-Fashioned - El Hubby's favorite! He said it's one of the best Old-Fashioned he's had in OC. Food came in a reasonable time despite being busy on a Thursday afternoon. Service was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is modern yet warm and classy. TIP: Plenty of parking in the back or the parking structure across the street!
