Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Awful, horrible and all of the above with their service. I am a very patient person and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I was there with my sister at the time was rushed talked down to and treated very poorly. The lady with blond hair and thin drawn on eyebrows, not only treats customers badley, but treats her coworkers or employees poorly. This is the second time I get told “I have a line by her” I’m aware how the food industry works, but I am also aware of good and bad customer service. I decided to order something simple this morning just so things can be quick and it wouldn’t be too difficult for them, I ordered a medium black iced coffee and an order of bagel bites. When I pulled up to the window they gave me a large black iced coffee instead with the bagel bites. I let the lady know that it isn’t what I ordered and I prefer to have a medium instead she started rummaging through the tip jar to grab change and give it to me for the difference, I told her it wasn’t my concern it’s fine it already happened and if she can give me a medium instead which is what I initially order she said you already paid for it, drink it and throw the rest. I didn’t have time given I needed to be at work, so I proceeded to put the drink in my cup holder and as I do that I hear her say “ I have a line” mind you there was only 1-2 cars behind me that weren’t waiting that long given they came much later then me. I proceeded to drive away and took a bite of my bagel bites to find out it was frozen and wasn’t cooked all the way through. Very disappointed, this location has no customer service, their main goal is to get your money and get you out. There is no respect, the girl who is at the window most of the time shouldn’t be dealing with customers and maybe should be put in the back doing some dishes. Ordered through the app. 2 drinks and 2 10pc munchkins. I received my drinks and the window was closed as if I had received my full order. I waited until they returned from whatever they were doing granted inside store is not open for public so drive through is the only customer to deal with. When they came back to the window I told them I was missing my munchkins, they went and put all of it into one bag and did not follow my customized order in the app. I told them it was wrong and they started arguing. She then got another bag filled it up with only 10 munchkins and handed it to me and closed the window. I ordered two 10pc not one. I waited until the other worker a very nice and calm very tall gentleman asked if everything was OK. I told him that I only want what I paid for and if they can't give me the products I paid for I have no problem accepting a refund. Its bad enough we pay extra for Carmel swirl and they never add the amount paid for.

The two Indian decent people a man and a short woman proceeded to argue with each other and the guy asked me for the munchkins so he could count them. He counted 10, they argued more over why she was going to stiff me a paying customer.

Most awful customer service!! The employee was in an EXTREME RUSH for no reason. She asked what can we get before we even pulled up to the speaker. I ordered what I want but my sister didn’t know what she wanted. The employee than proceeded to say “are you done? Do you know what you want?” “Is that all for you” My sister said “give me one second” 3 TIMES!! Then we go up to pay and this lady screams our total 3 times. LIKE WE HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME. My sister was going to grab her wallet and this employee then says “we have a line so hurry up” “are you gonna pay” (mind you there was TWO people behind us) and it hadn’t even been a whole 30 seconds. After that we just straight up just drove away. Nobody is gonna spend there hard earned money on a place that treats you LESS THAN HUMAN. Do not go to this ratchet location with that ratchet girl with the blonde hair. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. If you want some decent human decency I suggest you go somewhere else. Ps. I can’t speak for every employee there but the girl SPECIFICALLY with blonde hair is extremely rude every time we go there she rushes us and talks extremely fast.
