They never seem to get an order right. I ordered a chocolate chip mint shake when they were offered, I got a mint shake after being charged. And told oh I dont have chocolate chips. Tell me that when I order, it would have given me an option to pick something else. Lastnight I went through the drive through again. I asked for real cheese instead of the cheesewhiz the spray on the sandwich I order. And large onion rings. The 5 onion rings I got were burned and not edible, and got the spray cheese no real cheese. But I didn't know till I got home. It happens everytime I go to this location. There is always something wrong with the order. So I basically could only drink my shake and toss my whole meal because someone there was lazy. What's up with the lady at the window? If you dont want the job, leave. People with customer service skills can do it instead of being met with a bad attitude on the evening shift. You lost a star for horrible managment!! Loading a Gyro with Mayo doesn't make it a Gyro. That is a gross mayo soup gyro. Absolutely nasty. Save your money and cook at home. These guys never get an order right. So gross. They won't tell you they are out of products, they replace items without your consent. That was disgusting a half cup of mayo on each gyro? Inedible. And the lady at the window isn't wearing deodorant, at the window you get a blast of body funk. Never again. Your nasty... Read moreThe people that work this particular location have broken my need to go back. I wanted to give it another shot as the closer Arby's in my area, but I cannot recommend visiting and will not be stopping by again. The last time I ordered here, despite being 2 hours before close and the only person in the building, I was spoken to the entire time as though just being there was inconvenient. Fair enough, you're probably tired, I feel that. But how are you going to try and tell me you're closed an hour before your ACTUAL close time, after I've placed a mobile order??? If the location is closing early, why would you not turn off the app? Because you haven't, I can only assume you've locked the doors and are lying to my face, in an attempt to keep people from ordering in person, which is rather disappointing to see. Additionally the sandwich ordered this evening was sloppy and only had sauce on half of it, and the half that did have sauce was so drenched it couldn't be eaten. Read moreThe cashier Ronen was great and he was busy running the register. The employee (assuming he was shift manager) running the drive thru kept bumping our order for at least 3 window orders plus 4 customers that came inside after us, they all got their food while ours waited under the heat lamp and he never once looked at us and asked what we needed! Until Ronen had no more customers and he asked the "the shift manager" about our order and that is when he looked at us and asked us if our order was 'shelly' and we said yes. For their mistake we were given one apple turnover. Our medium curly fries were only half filled, our beef and cheddar sandwiches only had a smear of cheddar. My double beef and cheddar was half open and had some of the beef outside of the bun (shown in the picture).
