Usually I order delivery, rarely have a problem with quality of food or the kindness of the drivers.. But every time I've ordered carry out, and I go inside to pick up, it seems as if most of the crew completely hates everything about life and people, and honestly tend to be a little absent minded. I tried calling before getting there to let them know I was coming since my order was ready 30-40 mins before I got there, (I just wasn't sure if they throw it away after some time or not), but something came up so I wasn't able to leave until it was taken care of. Rang and rang and rang until I just hung up bc I was a stoplight away. Got my 3 yr old out of the car, walked in, tried paying with a $50, was told I couldn't since they didnt carry enough to break it, (didnt see a sign on register & I thought that was only for the drivers), but no big deal, my son and I walked across to the gas station to break it, went back in to pay, dude just took my money, never saif another word just opened the till and wemt to grab my order, and while standing there the PHONE WAS RINGING NON STOP. 🤦♀️ lol I think I saw like 2 or 3 ppl walking around that could've answered. (BTW, this is basically how every carry out experience I've had has gone, at least for the kitsap way location) I'm not sure if they only let managers answer or what but that's the stupidest rule ever. I've worked total of 12 years in the past as a server/cashier and have always had the permission to answer the business phone to take orders and asisst customers, etc. Long story short I just reeeeally feel like they need a pep talk about customer service and are reeeally missing the mark when it comes to in person customer connections, and unfortunately this can lead to ppl just ordering delivery and they will never get the oppertunity to make a connection with that customer and maybe that's why they seem to lack enthusiasm for their job bc they choose to just be the "behind scenes" and feel like they are under valued or underappreciated? I'm just a real stickler about CS and this place really needs a lesson or two in the importance of positive customer...
Read moreIf I could give this store zero stars, I would. When my food arrived to the pier, I received a text saying the pizza was here. I replied within a minute saying I was on my way. It takes two minutes to walk from the pier to the gate. Once I got there, I saw a Domino's driver waiting (he'd been there over TEN minutes waiting for his person) and he informed me he'd seen another driver a little further back that probably had my food. After looking around and not seeing another Domino's sign, I texted the driver asking which car was his to which I received no response. I called the store and was told the driver had left and would come back and re-deliver my pizza. When I asked how long it would take, they responded 25-30 minutes. Keep in mind, this is about a 10 minute drive. After realizing how late it would be when they got here, I called again and said I would like to cancel the order and get my refund. I was told the delivery driver was on his way and should be here soon, so I decided I would wait since I was rather hungry at this point and really didn't want to wait on an order from another place. After all, it's not a very long drive and he just left the pier, right? Worried about the driver leaving again, I waited at the gate. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I called them to explain what was happening and that I would like to cancel and get my refund. After a very generic and forced "I'm sorry this happened to you", they said they were voiding the order. With this whole experience, we'll see if I still get charged for this pizza. I will not be ever ordering from this...
Read moreIncredibly horrid service. We had to file a report with the public accessors office and BBB due to this location charging our card multiple times without authorization. Every time you call, they hang up on you if they simply do not feel like talking or helping you. When you ask for a manager they instantly hang up. The manger Casey or Carie had the most heynis customer service that I have ever seen, even as a business owner myself. Safe to say we will NEVER order from dominos again based on this store. After hearing and reading so many people’s complaints and concerns yet nothing has been addressed. It’s alarming. I really hope the owners have a massive turn over and get this location up to par. We also contacted Dominos coroporate and spoke to several helpful people who will hopefully contact the owners to inform them of how their business is treating their clients. Even the local HR department was appalled by the report of their service. Please reconsider before putting yourself through misery just to get a simple pizza. NOT TO MENTION: We have sufficient evidence indicating their employees creating fake google accounts and providing them with 5 stars to try and promote their rating. All around...
