Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bremerton

This review pertains to Dominos on Wheaton Way and delivery only.

I have yet to see the inside of our newest Domino's located on Wheaton Way, but we have had several deliveries from there, along with a couple of Domino's surprise-free items, YAY! Before I get into the food quality from this new Dominos, I have to bring up how incredibly friendly the delivery people have been. We have always had such incredible luck with the Domino's on the 303, and I can attest that so far, everyone from Wheaton Way Domino's is just as kind!

Moving onward to the quality of Domino's food. I stated in another review with the other Dominos off the WA-303 just how far they have come. From cardboard crust and watery ketchup sauce to something I look forward to all the time; even their crispy thin crust is like eating a cracker, but my favorite is their buttery garlic season hand-tossed crust, not too thin and not too thick! Needless to say, we do Domino's around twice a month. So this evening, we ordered a Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza with a garlic parmesan sauce, nothing too out of the ordinary, although we usually have a regular marinara with this pizza; nonetheless, it tasted great with a bit of twist! We would order this again! Plus, we scored a Dominos Surprise Free item, which happened to be another pizza! Few prior orders before last night, we scored two lava cakes, and if you haven't tried those cakes, you need to; they were delightful!

Now on to our surprise free pizza last night; let me say, I'm happy we didn't pay for that; I would be a tad upset receiving a slightly burnt pizza with almost no sauce at all, it was free, so I can't complain too much. Oddly, the little pepperoni pizza was weirdly good and obviously crunchy; it must be nostalgia from the 1990s, LOL. I'm not sure if Domino's meant it to be that way; perhaps they messed up on someone's order and gave it away (to us) as a surprise free instead of tossing it; I don't and will never know that answer.

I will chuck this surprise free burnt pizza as just that, a free pizza, I have had their pepperoni pizza in the past, and it tasted nothing like the one we received last night!

So if anyone is interested in our new Dominos on Wheaton Way, their location is 4110 Wheaton Way Ste D in Bremerton, Washington. Reasonably close to Pacific Liquor and Los Cabos Grill. Across Wheaton Way from the Family Pancake House.

I have not physically been to this location, so I am unaware of their parking situation; however, Wheaton Way is a challenge turning in or pulling out of other businesses, so I can't imagine this being any different for Dominos.

ordered a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni pizza and meant to order contactless delivery, delivery guy definitely saw me waltz around like a crazy person hesitant to open the door as i was not dressed for the occasion. the guy was very nice and the handoff was less embarrassing then i thought it would be. when i got inside and ready to rip into what i thought was a pepperoni pizza i was disappointed to open the box and see i had ordered cheese, i typed in dominos in my contacts and called right away and assured them it was my fault but they assured me they'd have a pepperoni pizza made and brought to my house. this made me nervous and raised lots of questions; would i have to pay again? do they want this cheese pizza back? i don't know what was going through my mind but i took a bite out of the pizza i didn't want. i totally freaked out, this was embarrassing. i waited impatiently for the guy to arrive at my house again and made sure i had my cash ready to conquer any trouble i might have with the second pizza, i opened the door (same guy) he handed off the new pizza, i asked him if i owed him anything he said no. i love this dominos if i could give 100 stars i would this dominos is patient and one time stayed on the phone for 45 minutes answering my dumb questions about their brooklyn style crust, as a person who works in customer service i'm not sure why i did that but they were...
