My experience is that staff is not properly trained. Currently McDonalds has a promotion Buy One Get One For a Dollar, Filet O Fish, Mc Double with Bacon or without, Spicy Mc Chicken, and Mc Chicken. Seems super simple when you order you say buy one get one for a dollar in my mind I would receive two sandwiches, oh no, not here. Twice in one week two separate employees could not grasp that the customer should receive two sandwiches. On the second occasion I had ordered the Filet O Fish, Spicy Mc Chicken, and the Mc Double all Buy One Get One for a buck. I specifically repeated my order and was assured that I was getting all of my order. Got up to the pay window and the receipt showed otherwise Not one of the items I had ordered reflected the BOGO. The kid at the window said well if it isn't right and you don't get all of your order just blame me. Okay assuming if it was put together wrong I would be taken care of. So I pull up to get my food and the bag only had three sandwiches instead of the six I explained what I had ordered and how carefully I had repeated myself, blah, blah, blah you get it right? The gal with purple in her hair (sorry didn't get names) told me that I would have to drive around again through the drive thru and re order because they could not do money transactions. Did I mention that is was 5:30 p.m.? Ya, busy dinner time with a huge line. I said no I would like what I ordered. She refused again and said I had to drive around. Really what would the point be to go through again? I asked for a refund and she did a transaction that way. Why not make it right and adjust my order to reflect what I originally ordered, given me the sandwiches and on my way I would have been? Anyway that's what happened. Please train...
Read moreHey you guys, McDonalds is actually killin it, if you ask me. They're the most futuristic of the fast food mega franchises, and it's really pretty neat if you think about it. I mean, for instance, if you like, just aren't feelin talkin to anybody, but you still wanna order up some pretty alright food? No problem Brogan! You can just go to one of those awkwardly huge screens in the lobby, and take as much time as you need working out the details and experimentializing with the nuances and alternate potentials of your order, and check it, you can do it on a BUDGET, homie. Kinda like Wall Mart, McDonalds, for the most part (except for some of them are sorta bathroom Nazis, yet all in all, they're way cooler about it than most places) they've given up this false veneer and bogus charade of dissing on poor folks. They live poor people, because they know that we're the bread and butter and hearty soul of which is made into their buns and their ice creams and their chicken nuggets and value menu delicatessies. Also, if you've got a phone, but you're stuck on That wifi life, with no hope of a cellular mobile data plan in your immediate future, don't sweat it. Seriously. There's a McDonald's a few feet away from everywhere else, and they got your back with the wifi so you can get ahold of your dude for that one thing. (YOU know the one😎) So, to screencap, I'd sum it up by saying that McDonalds is a robot food center that also has a playground, a bathroom, and is a very viable meeting spot to conduct private business of a clandestine nature, publically, and without getting hassled by bummer people. Good job MacDonaldz. I'm Lovin' It. That's on the for REAL for real,...
Read moreUsually coming here is fine, nothing special but nothing negative either. Staff are usually nice or at least indifferent and professional but this last time they were just flat out rude. I just got off work and was picked up by a roommate and we were getting food on the way home for the entire household cuz it was getting late. We were the only ones in the drive thru, we said we would need a couple minutes to make our order and they said OK. We decided what we wanted, said we were ready and started telling them our order and half way through saying our order they just paused, told us to wait, and then yelled at their coworkers to complain about what we were ordering. We could hear them complain about our order from the drive thru. We got the rest of the order in but it was obvious how they were judging us and how they didn't want to be dealing with us. I wish I was making this up, the person working the register was so rude. I get it was a bit of a big order as we were ordering for multiple people but we weren't rushing them or doing anything rude and if we had needed to park and wait for it or something that would have been fine but there was no reason for them to treat us like that. There was literally no one else in the drive thru so I know they weren't swamped with orders. We paid and the person who gave us our food at the second window seemed nice but this experience was not pleasant. Their drive thru is open 24/7 so they weren't closing and they weren't super busy as we were the only customers in line. Overall I'm not impressed with them and while I don't expect much from fast food it should still be...
