I have did a lot of Google reviews, I think I am in top 10 percent. Very seldom do I do a completely negative review. But I can't think of a positive thing to say here. I had a decent phone, Galaxy s10 which got broke. I called, told them what phone and what was wrong.They said they could fix it right now. I drove over a half hour to Brenham, tx. Got there and they couldn't fix immediately. So them telling me they could was just to get me in the store. I needed phone imnediately. I clearly explained that I did not want to downgrade, I wanted some thing just as good as my S10. The phone they suggested was a Redmi, which I had never heard of so I was very hesitant to purchase this phone.They were like, don't worry it's a very good phone, blah, blah. So int they convinced me. Turns out the phone is not a good phone at all. Had so many problems I googled the phone. The phone is nowhere near the league of a Galaxy S10. In fact, the is a 2g phone and sells for $150. -$200. Their price to me for the phone plus taxes $517.00! My opinion of this place is they are worse than a shady car salesman.i would suggest you...

I picked up an ipad today, water damage, broken screen. Chino explained that he had to replace quite a few other parts and do much more work than I paid for the day I dropped it off. He didn’t charge me a single dime more than I had paid him. On top of that, I thought the screen had a crack with a super faint line, but he told me it was glue, and was so faint that on different screens it’s completely unnoticeable. Simply because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the work, he GAVE me a $40 screen protector for it. I offered to pay full price since I was going to get one in the future.
