What great customer service this establishment has. I called to check what they had in stock for a particular event I was going to. I reached the assistant manager Elvia. She offered to pull several items including my shoes and have them waiting for me in a dressing room when I arrived. That's just what happened! I walked in and found everything I needed even shoes! She has excellent taste! I didn't have to take a trip to Walnut Creek. I was throughly impressed!

The store was clean and tidy. Given they were having a huge sale I thought the place would be in disarray. Nope! The jewelry was even organized.

I love the chandeliers that are hanging at the front entrance and dressing room! Very classy. Some stores have very cheap chandeliers that really takes away from the quality of their merchandise in my opinion.
