Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Brentwood

Staff is horrible. We got TWO orders of fried zucchini, asked for extra ranch dressing to go with them. She gave us the bag with no extras. I asked again for extra ranch. She gave me ONE packet. I said "can I have one more?" She said "I GAVE you extra." I said "There are TWO of us!" She gave me a 2nd one. We got home, opened the bag, & she had only given us ONE packet of ranch to begin with! (in an order of TWO fried zucchinis!) We should've had at least 4 packets, after asking for "extra." We got 3. Good thing we asked for EXTRA, or we would've only had ONE! Very upset. This is the 2nd time we've been treated rudely at this store. *Management: train your staff to treat customers better! This was not an unreasonable request, especially considering our order was nearly $40!! Shameful service! - On a previous visit, we got a completely wrong sandwich - ordered chicken sand, got a burger instead....

Horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. I ordered my food on a mobile app and they refused to give me my order and told me they didn’t have it even though my card was charged. I tried showing my receipt and asking for a manager which I was then shewed away and they told me to call the police because I wasn’t getting my food (I was literally nothing but polite to these people and just wanted my food or my money back) The police ended up getting involved and what do you know, as soon as they come, they now have my food ready and it had been ready for over 40 mins which is when I had arrived to the restaurant in the first place. Definitely discrimination played a roll in this and I was treated like trash. Never even got an apology or my food or my money back (didn’t want cold food )

Do not recommend esp if it’s the morning crew you have...

Well they're hamburgers are as good as they get in any large hamburger chain they're fish sandwiches are terrible tasteless nothing on them nothing but lettuce and some little bit of sauce if they're going to make fish sandwiches they should spend a little more time on what they're going to put on them and how they're going to prepare them or they're not going to sell any of them in that fish healthy Market that places like Jack in the Box have a really good fish sandwich available 24 hours a day at the right time of year when they're...
