Wow. Charleys Management, feel free to send me your email so I can explain what I think happened to me today..and if it happened to me it has happened or will, to others. If the super rude person IS the manager...then maybe corporate, send me your email please. It was around 3pm today. I didn't get contacted, so let me say; I talked with a employee and they explained the menu a bit, so I kept looking at it, determining if I wanted to eat there. Then a employee with reddish hair came up from the back and said something about me, it was super rude...the kind of rude you only say IF you think the person you're talking about can't hear you or understand you but also such an uncalled for that comment about me. She spoke in Spanish, but I speak Spanish. Then, I said something unrelated in Spanish, to let them know I heard that... then the person who was helping me orignally, was like 'oh you speak Spanish' , and then awkwardly tried tell me about the menu all the things she had already told me, so I kept saying, 'thank you, I know, yes I know, I understood you before...'. but she kept talking..seemed in embarrassment for me and for what her coworker or boss had said. Super rude just cuz I am standing there looking at the menu for first time. The irony tho that maybe my white presenting face didn't give the redhead a clue that I could still keep spanish...and she felt need to be rude.
It is funny now 🤣 but because of the slightly aggressive comment, someone else might have punched her in her for the look on her face...
Read moreMy husband and I decided to try Charley's for the first time after seeing decent reviews! I loved being able to order ahead of time through Google. All I had to do was go pick it up. When I got there my order was almost ready, they were just waiting on the fries to finish up. I went around 5:30 p.m. during the week and I was the only customer. So not busy at all. Everything looked very clean and the atmosphere was inviting. It was only a few minutes and my order was ready. When I arrived home, my husband was so excited to try his Classic Philly, Bacon & Cheese Fries and Peach Lemonade. He was so bummed to see that his Fries was missing the best part, the bacon! 🥓 Despite that, we enjoyed everything. The lemonade tasted like old fashioned lemonade. Although, it was a bit sweet for me but not for my husband. Read moreMy daughter ordered food from there and after work I went to pick up the food the person at the register her name Anissa that is the age of my grandkids ask for the ID. I gave my id but she said that the id should be match with the name on order. I told I have my own id not my daughter’s Id. I am sure that she had another option if she trained good or be a nice person but she was rude. She called the manager and wrote down my information. Where is this stupid policy come from that’s the first time I heard. Second When I am telling the name on order (especially when the name on order is not a common name).
